Walk Cloud — Restaurant in Sanyi

😤Very expensive, the buffet was not properly managed, had to wait and ask staff to refill water, silverware and napkins. Once the waiter came to change the hotpot stove which wasn’t working, and spilled soup all over the table and our drinks and food. This happened twice!!! To top it off they didn’t say anything after spilling everything, just walked away. 😑

Overall food is just ok but not worth the price, and the bad and seemingly rude service makes it feel even cheaper.

We showed up on time for our reservation but we rudely told to just go and wait, the staff seemed angry that we showed up at our reservation time. I've been to this place for atleast four times. The food is "very good" (being reasonable since it's way outside the city center). Service is also great, but the "after service" is even much better. I had car trouble during my last visit (a week ago) and the willingness attitude of the people there won my respect. A casual place really worth visiting and definitely good for many returns. A good place and restaurant for young kids. Hanging out with your friends and having buffet, hotpots, steaks here. The food and drinks are special and nice. Bringing your own soccer or frisbee then playing with kids on the grassland is interesting.
