It’s best if you drive if you want to get there, I’m not so sure if there is other transportation other then taxi, I also think it’s a destination for tourists because there was 1-2 shuttle bus outside. We got there around 6pm and when we got there they have a sign saying their car parks are full so we can’t park there. Then we saw shuttle bus and many cars were parked outside the road and we were confused if we could park there.🤔🤔🤔 By the time we got inside the park, there was still many parking but the guy with the sign stand outside still say it’s full. 🤨🤨🤨 The starbucks has lots of people and the merchandise place was crowded. Starbucks is popular in Taiwan and they cone with all sort of design. This is a café is built upon by the lake and Promiseland hotel. The interior is spacious to accommodate a lot of people but it a tourist spot for photos. The outside view is beautiful.

There is a boat ride which take you around the lake. I will not recommend the trains rides as it use as a transport between the café and hotel. It run on an average of 1 trip per hour. If you are on the tour, you don't have the time.
