木茶房 Cedar Tea House - 木桶便當創始店 — Restaurant in Shuili Township

It is names as a tea house, but it is a restaurant instead, the second high ended restaurant in this area, while the most high ended restaurant is located just across the street next to the lake. Although I call it the second high ended restaurant in this area, the meals here would not cost a leg and an arm, it is just around 200 NTD without the wooden lunchbox and 400 with the wooden lunchbox, as for your information, the wooden lunchbox sell at a price of 250 in this area, customers could choose if they want the wooden lunchbox or not, the meal is totally the same, just putting in different containers. In my opinion, choosing a wooden lunchbox is better, as it could be brought home as a souvenir and have a better feeling of this place's wood...

我們在暑假的平日下午三點半左右造訪木茶房，當時是離峰時段，店裡沒其他客人。

這次點了： 東坡肉木桶便當 雞腿排木桶便當 日式炸豬排飯 夏威夷比薩

木桶便當的概念不錯，便當裝在圓形紙碗中，再放進木桶裡，好處是分隔乾淨、吃完桶子可直接帶走。 東坡肉的味道還不錯，雞腿排看起來稍乾，但最大的敗筆是白飯！真的很軟爛，白飯控會生氣的那種。 炸豬排飯表現普普，反而夏威夷比薩成為今天最好吃的一道（但可能是因為其他選項太....）。

整體來說，以 $490 的價格來看，可能是買一個景點特色與木桶造型的體驗；但若單看食物本身，我會覺得這份套餐實際價值大概落在 $200～250 左右。
