Typical Taiwanese fresh seafood restaurant. We usually drive a bit further down to Nanfangao. But the road was blocked due to a religious Taoist festivities that was going on today. The seafood was very fresh but the portions were small for what we pay for which was around 2800 for three adults and two children. In western standards 90 US dollars is not a lot of money but in Taiwan. That goes a long way. The rest were all meh. Compared to other local seafood restaurants near the wharf this place is also much pricier, but you don’t get what you pay for. That’s the problem. Read more08/13/2023二訪,6人、每人1,000元的無菜單料理。 (1) 吸睛造型料理盤為「鮪魚生魚片、軟絲、龍蝦」,鮪魚中腹滑嫩順口,軟絲很甜超好吃,龍蝦紮實咀嚼很有感(真正的龍蝦,不是波士頓龍蝦)。 (2) 豬腳外酥內嫩,Q軟補充膠原蛋白。 (3) 干貝絲芋頭糕和鮑魚。芋頭糕煎得焦脆,伴隨干貝香氣,理應一人一份,太喜歡了把隔壁盤的也掃來吃。 (4) 紅蟳米粉鍋,有蛋酥。大好評,清湯甘甜,夾起吸飽鮮味的米粉,讓人一碗接一碗。阿姨來問要不要加湯加米粉。實在太飽了只能加湯、婉拒米粉。 (5) 大明蝦和櫻花蝦干貝炒飯。師傅展現大火快炒的絕技,令人讚嘆怎麼能把飯炒得這麼好吃。 (6) 烤紅喉,肉質甜嫩,連頭部也啃得乾乾淨淨。 (7) 頭足綱是我的愛,特別有能力分辨品質。這盤小卷甜味十足,高度懷疑是從馬路對面的蘇澳港直接送過來,才能吃得到大海的味道。 (8) 紅燒牛腩,非常入味,搭配白飯又是一餐。 (9) 鳳梨常見,甜度如此高又不會咬舌頭的,可不常見。
