This place has a nice cozy vibe inside. Had a set meal for two which was enjoyable and filling. Food is prepared carefully and the waitress was explaining each dish as it came out. The steamed egg (茶碗蒸) was nicely flavoured. The grilled fish was a highlight. Seasoned just right and grilled so that the skin is crispy but the fish...

厲害了 身處一個算是較為偏僻的地方 但要不是因為覺得在長榮吃自助餐 貴且會吃的很辛苦 還真沒機會吃到這個人認為 極有價值的日本料理 當然也慶幸這麼晚訂位竟然還有位置 入內也被那耀眼的水族箱吸引 看着菜單 太棒了 最害怕看到那豐富的菜單 眼花撩亂的讓人難以抉擇 這裡就是重點 竟然難得來到嘉義 竟然難得來到一見 那就來入門款的兩人饗宴 當然 吃到最後也是跟吃buffet一樣飽到不行 從開始的生魚片 生魚片最怕吃到剛從冷凍庫拿出來的 在一見，有著充滿新鮮感的三片生魚片 有著充滿彈性的口感 絕對吃得出那新鮮的滋味 松露茶碗蒸 帶著蝦味松露味的茶碗蒸 你怎麼能夠不愛他 老闆娘說那伊比利老饕肉 那偉大的一頭豬 是用**的果實餵養 抱歉我忘了 吃起來會有果香 但我吃不出來 不過有點像牛肉 果然是豬肉界的勞斯萊斯 光吃這個就值得了 還有那用這陶鍋烹煮的白米飯 搭配上菇類...
