「品皇咖啡觀光工廠」位於太保市春珠里，是品皇旗下第三間對外開放的觀光建築，亦稱為「后政三廠」，今年一月才落成，除了這間觀光工廠，他們於太保市內另有咖啡博物館供預約參觀，我們到訪的觀光工廠不用預約，隨到隨看。

可能正值日午時分，觀光工廠那寬廣的停車場沒幾輛車、廠內也沒幾位觀光客，這給了我們絕佳的觀賞機會！

廠內規劃的動線簡單，一進門的咖啡透明地墊引導遊客腳步往前，走道牆面有許多品皇的歷史軌跡，左轉進入咖啡知識鑑賞區；走道兩旁有許多咖啡種類的典故，右側空間有許多關於世界各地咖啡的品質與產地介紹，還有一面甚大的咖啡世界地圖，喜歡咖啡的人肯定會注意其中一張啡泡示意圖，也讓我停下腳步許久。走道左側則是關於咖啡的賞味方式與飲用資訊，提供簡單的咖啡常識讓人增廣見聞。

品皇在咖啡領域鑽研了三十年，如今有這般成績，確實讓人刮目相看，史黛拉不太了解品皇與咖啡，我也沒好到哪兒去，在此之前，我對品皇的印象只有街上偶爾可見的品皇咖啡連鎖店。

品皇的連鎖店並非時下常見的飲品連鎖店，而是販售咖啡器具、咖啡豆與相關產品的店家，我曾幾度想進去逛逛，又覺得自己在咖啡方面的水平不到那種地步，所以遲遲沒有踏進店家看過，沒想到今天卻跳級到了觀光...
