超愛日料，也喜歡無菜單這種開驚喜包的感覺，但店家不太明顯隱身在民宅中，只有10席一定要預約，原以為平日午餐應該沒人想不到全滿。 入座桌上會有今日料理的菜單，奉上熱茶跟小菜都是師傅自製的，酸甜的柚子蘿蔔爽脆口感很讚，尤其是滷花生有點嚼勁真的超涮嘴。 整個過程就是師傅的個人秀，我很欣賞他有條不紊的處理所有食材，最讓我讚賞的是衛生，吃日式料理我很重視店家的處理手法，因為很多都是生食，稍有不慎可能就會引發腸胃不適，細節部分師傅都有注意也處理的非常好，除了食材的新鮮，料理的口味皆有一定的水準，每一道餐點端上桌也會講解，整體來說我給高分。 最喜歡的是比目魚新瀉米飯，是比較少見的品項，米飯粒粒分明醬汁鹹香適中，是一道會讓我回味無窮的料理，最後的手工甜點提拉米蘇有冷凍過，吃起來類冰淇淋口感我也很愛～ 雖然消費有點高但我覺得是值得的，很適合慶...

這次跟朋友一起來吃無菜單日料 不誇張 從前菜到甜點 每道都讓人驚艷 多達13道菜色每人只要1500元+10% 第一道是澳洲龍蝦搭配北海道白海膽、鮭魚卵 澳洲龍蝦肉質相當彈牙，搭配的北海道白海膽也是海膽中最頂級的，嫩滑口感味道很淡雅，再來還有鮭魚卵的鮮甜海味，跟紫蘇葉的清香，美味到讓人回味無窮~ 生魚片有野生國光魚、挪威鮭魚、青森縣鰤魚、北海道島鲹 每種都是鮮美口感，讓我們一吃就大為驚人，跟友人有志一同的大讚超美味，居然在這裡也能吃到這種夢幻魚種，不用花機票錢飛去日本了，來這裡就能一次滿足! 松葉蟹茶碗蒸帶有濃濃海鮮精華的，連瓷碗都是精心挑選的，勺起來是軟嫩的蒸蛋，搭配蟹肉跟鮭魚卵一同入口，滿滿海味充斥口中，根本是奢華版的茶碗蒸吧~ 蔥花黑鮪魚壽司也是我的最愛~用海苔包裹著蔥花黑鮪魚，上層鋪上新鮮的北海道赤海膽，黑鮪魚口感醇厚鮮滑，加上肥美軟嫩的赤海膽，這滋味根本是夢幻等級! 龍蝦味噌湯鹹香中又帶有濃郁鮮味，師傅還會詢問要不要幫忙剪龍蝦腳，一口湯再一口龍蝦肉，這暖心的鮮美滋味，讓人超級滿足! 最後的水果跟甜點做完美的結尾，檸檬起司蛋糕是手工製作，濃郁奶香非常好吃，味道清新帶有一絲微酸的滋味，沒想到師傅手藝厲害，連甜點也讓人驚艷，吃的喜歡的話，還可以外帶蛋糕當伴手禮回家! 這間日料餐點水準高，老闆也很親切好聊，如果是當月壽星還有額外贈送小禮，想要吃高CP值日料，來這裡就對了!
