望高莊園 — Restaurant in Taichung

We came here to catch the sunset and enjoy the night view of Taichung city. Upon arrival, we discovered that the large viewing platform had been replaced by a restaurant, so we decided to give it a try.

The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and we chose to sit outdoors to fully appreciate the scenic night view. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly too.

My family had a wonderful time dining here while taking in the amazing view of Taichung city at night.

Great views but the food wasn't good at all. Not the best cuts/types of meat and then things weren't fresh either. Great place to hang out with friends, only some good would...

真的很有必要提升一下員工培訓，一開始打電話訂位就有再三詢問560元燒烤吃到飽是否有泡腳這項服務，店員也說有，就連去到餐廳後也有再詢問，當時櫃檯人員說的是我們吃玩後會安排我們去，但是因為是假日要早點吃完可能才會有位置，然後我們就去吃飯了，過程中夜景被樹擋一半，生食熟食都少的可憐，飲料水果茶也真的很有創意，味道像柳橙汁隨便加幾塊水果來唬弄人，照明的燈實在是看不出效果，黑到連肉有沒有熟都不知道，當時說餐盤換餐盤領肉，結果一個大餐盤跟三個小餐盤送過去換肉，他說最多換四盤結果給了四個小盤肉（當時飯前說明的時候也沒有說一次限定拿多少盤），我們五個人吃誒，吃個飯還要一直跑來跑去是怎樣，廁所也很髒，然後點了一盤炒麵不知道是用什麼炒的，麵是現做嗎🫠可以讓人等那麼久？最讓人不爽的是最後吃完飯了，我們去櫃檯詢問泡腳這項服務是在哪裡（前面一直都是說有的）結果店員突然說這項服務要再額外收錢，然後說什麼如果是他接的電話就一定不會說吃到飽有包含泡腳服務，阿當時我們去櫃檯的時候是她，她當時就說是等我們吃完帶我們過去現在又臨時變卦收錢，是不能做到統一嗎？有什麼服務有包含什麼項目是不能講清楚？一家人期待一整個星期說假期出來吃吃玩玩，結果因為店家員工沒有培訓好...
