I was very lucky to rock up on buy one get one free day for the massive coffee frappe, even got an extra shot in both and cost me only 200NT for both with an extra shot.

Read more老實說第一次去的消費經驗不是很好 以下描述事情發生經過,文長慎入 要看整體評價可以直接下滑至最下標示📌處。 結帳完有給號碼單 忘記說什麼原因要等10-15分鐘 在現場看兩個店員就在聊天沒要做餐的意思 好這也就算了沒關係 想說距離時間也還要一陣子 所以就先跟朋友去買東西打算等等回來拿 約過10分鐘回去的時候到取餐檯沒看到餐點 拿號碼單給一個男店員 男店員就看了看皺了個眉頭,不知道怎辦的感覺 接著就把單丟到桌上一旁的餐單紙回收桶裡 更傻眼的來了 男店員走去找一個正在製餐的女店員講了一陣子 之後又走回來去桶裡拿單子看了一下又丟下去 再去找製餐女店員講了好一陣子 之後再走回來說因為太久沒來拿我們倒掉了?? 然後又問我們說點什麼 現在重做? 哈囉不覺得有什麼問題嗎?自己說要等10-15分 客人回去拿卻說太久沒來拿倒掉了? 就兩個店員,如果說餐點真的是客人過久未取 兩位店員難道不是都應該知道嗎? 還用得著去問另一個店員? 是要先擬好說詞嗎^_^ ?漏單沒做就沒做 還不如直接坦承講 用這種理由真的是讓人觀感很差! 而且重頭到尾完全沒有不好意思說抱歉! 又再現場等他做 然後做的流程也是態度、散漫隨隨便便 附上照片,拿到的時候就長這樣醜不拉機了 完全沒刻意搖晃過也沒喝過( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ ) 顏色跟奶油不一樣就算了連量也不一樣 喝起來更不用說,冰沙味道口感也是不一樣 然後我以為 等客人拿到餐點到齊後才丟單是基本 至少我自己做服務業是這樣啦:) 但在這完全不是呢...還要再問客人點了什麼 講難聽一點...
