這間星巴克簡直爛到令人髮指。 上星期在排隊購買的時候，看到放甜點麵包的冷凍櫃上擺放著「商品甜點85折，滿500再送第二杯半價卷」立牌。於是我們便買了飲料和其餘商品，共525元並結帳。結帳後發現店員並沒有贈送優惠券，於是便詢問裝盛飲料的另一位店員，這才知道那活動是「9/30」當天的，並不是我們消費的那天。我們整個問號，於是便轉頭望向冷凍櫃方向，想確認立牌內容。

結果立牌竟然消失了！！？！？哇靠這是全面啟動嗎？？？我們在夢中夢中夢嗎？！！？！？？！

後來我們跑去確認，立牌被其他廣告內容遮住了，很巧的就在我們反應後。

Ordered a cold foam yesterday and it was 100% foam from the bottom of the keg. It was bitter and tested terrible. Too lazy to change it and give me a proper drink. It wasn't even a busy time, so...

英文名S開頭穿黑圍裙的男服務人員，一點都不陽光，除了面無表情就算了，點餐語氣也是冷冷的，今天有買一送一的活動，輪我到，我跟他確認一下是不是有活動，S男冷冷的說：還沒開始，11點開始，我一看手機，10:59:34秒，我離開櫃檯重排隊，下一個人也是要買一送一，他直接問說有不是買一送一的嗎？讓人感覺非常差，如果是公司嚴格規定，差幾十秒都不行，我只能說他嚴格遵守規定，好棒棒。 特大杯買一送一，回家打開一看，根本不叫特大杯，不會再買了
