Seated at 10:15 am. We were told by employee that we had 1.5 hours to eat. Ordered first patch of beef at 10:25 am. Received our 5 plates of superior quality beef at 10:40 am. ( we were one of the last table to receive our meat on our floor) Ordered additional plates at 11:00. Received the meat within 5 minutes. Asked to leave at 11:15am. When asked employee to recheck, we were told time was shorten by 30 minutes due to over capacity. When asked again at the cashier, we were told that eating time ranges between 1~1.5 hours…

To the restaurant, our family were 1 of the many tables that they had to flip per day.

To our family, this was a once awhile planned holiday and we were forced to gulp down piping hot ingredients.

The quality of meat is superior. However, the manipulation of words and phrases is truly a disgrace to Michelin values.

2 adults and 1 adolescent 7 plates of superior quality beef. $350 worth of veggies Total...

Came during the dinner time and about 20mins before opening and the queue is already towards end of 7-11 AND it’s summertime! Can’t imagine the queue during autumn and winter

Driving: I just parked behind the 7-11 along the streets. There is a carpark though somewhere.

Queue: Staff will guide you to your seats.

Order: There is a menu, they will come over and place the orders. For additional Vegs and drinks, go to the fridge and take.

Beef: don’t overlook! This is 溫體牛, you are suppose to eat it medium raw.

Sauces and Rice: rice is free-flow, the minced meat gravy is free-flow. Sauce section is DIY and if you need soup spoons, it’s underneath the sauce station table. DIY. There is a queue at all these stations.

Payment: ask the staff and they will calculate. Strictly cash.

Overall: this is good taiwan beef, 溫體牛 and the soup base is good! Very crowded. However, I prefer 旗哥...

A new branch from its original A-Yu beef hot pot, nearby the Chimei Museum in Rende District, no many mass transportation options, better to go by car

No reservations allowed, need to scan a QR code to register when arrived. Although the queue is tremendous, the restaurant is also full of space which sort of eases the people in droves

Beef is highly recommended, freshly- and well-cut slices with wonderful beef marbling. Soup is boiled with veges, tastes refreshing and not making you feel heavy or oily.

Hot pot ingredients offered at the front of first floor are not that recommended, rice is unlimited, service...
