( we were one of the last table to receive our meat on our floor) Ordered additional plates at 11:00. Received the meat within 5 minutes. Asked to leave at 11:15am. When asked employee to recheck, we were told time was shorten by 30 minutes due to over capacity. When asked again at the cashier, we were told that eating time ranges between 1~1.5 hours…
To the restaurant, our family were 1 of the many tables that they had to flip per day.
To our family, this was a once awhile planned holiday and we were forced to gulp down piping hot ingredients.
The quality of meat is superior. However, the manipulation of words and phrases is truly a disgrace to Michelin values.

Driving: I just parked behind the 7-11 along the streets. There is a carpark though somewhere.
Queue: Staff will guide you to your seats.
Order: There is a menu, they will come over and place the orders. For additional Vegs and drinks, go to the fridge and take.
Beef: don’t overlook! This is 溫體牛, you are suppose to eat it medium raw.
Sauces and Rice: rice is free-flow, the minced meat gravy is free-flow. Sauce section is DIY and if you need soup spoons, it’s underneath the sauce station table. DIY. There is a queue at all these stations.
Payment: ask the staff and they will calculate. Strictly cash.
