Seated at 10:15 am. We were told by employee that we had 1.5 hours to eat. Ordered first patch of beef at 10:25 am. Received our 5 plates of superior quality beef at 10:40 am. ( we were one of the last table to receive our meat on our floor) Ordered additional plates at 11:00. Received the meat within 5 minutes. Asked to leave at 11:15am. Came during the dinner time and about 20mins before opening and the queue is already towards end of 7-11 AND it’s summertime! Can’t imagine the queue during autumn and winter
Driving: I just parked behind the 7-11 along the streets. There is a carpark though somewhere.
Queue: Staff will guide you to your seats.
Order: There is a menu, they will come over and place the orders. For additional Vegs and drinks, go to the fridge and take.
Beef: don’t overlook! This is 溫體牛, you are suppose to eat it medium raw.
Sauces and Rice: rice is free-flow, the minced meat gravy is free-flow. Sauce section is DIY and if you need soup spoons, it’s underneath the sauce station table. DIY. There is a queue at all these stations.
Payment: ask the staff and they will calculate. Strictly cash.
