The food here is really well done. All the dishes were good and looked really nice. The staff was also very hospitable and kind. Service was quick and good. The space inside is a little strange. It is a shared space with another business. A little confusing and awkward when you walk in you may think that the other business is a part of the restaurant but it is not and it is not separated very well. The cafe has a “VIP” table section. I found this to be very strange as well for a new cafe and restaurant. I understand why you may need a VIP section but it is visible to everyone who is not VIP. Why would you put a VIP section where everyone can see??? Who does that? Is this some kind of special restaurant or airplane or concert? This is very strange and funny to me. If I go to a nice restaurant and I have VIP access it will be in a private room. I don’t know what the owner was thinking. Another strange thing is that they have live singing performance in the middle of the afternoon. It is very loud. Why would you have live singing in the middle of the afternoon? Is this a concert or a cafe or a karaoke bar? What is going on? I cannot have any conversation with my friends or family because it is too loud and distracting. I don’t know what the owner is thinking but the separated VIP section and the live singing performance does not make me want to go back to this place. The food is good and the place looks beautiful inside and the staff is very good but I don’t want to be bothered by live singing. There are just too many strange things happening in this cafe. They need to simplify and stop doing all these strange and weird things especially when you are new because it makes the place...

Once you step into this spacious Cafe, you will forget all your troubles right away. The Cafe is so spacious that you will open not only your eyes but also your heart. The pace slows down, and your heart becomes light. In addition, there is also a floral wall which serves as a beautiful background for your photos. Above all, the dishes served are not merely agreeable to your eyes but enjoyable to your tongue as well. Enjoy your sweet time...

⭐️IMOMENT CAFE台南旗艦店外觀就是個歐洲風格的美美咖啡廳，是讓人放鬆舒適的城市角落，大片落地窗自然採光很好，面對市議會的大廣場，從店裡望出去視野很開闊，建議要訂位，午餐時段生意很好，我們在用餐時就看到很多組沒預約客人被婉拒。

😁IMOMENT CAFE台南旗艦店整體的空間設計以純白色調MIX木質桌椅，搭配金色LOGO和燈飾的韓系風格，店內因之前是JAGUAR汽車展售門市挑高的設計，桌與桌間不擁擠，讓人用餐時感到很放鬆。

💯IMOMENT CAFE台南旗艦店入座後由帶位服務生送上菜單及點餐會員APP使用說明書。選好餐點可以選擇到櫃檯直接點餐或者在APP直接點好餐點送出，由APP點餐櫃檯收到後會由服務生到桌邊再次確認餐點。

👍金沙鮮蝦義大利麵 醬汁給的大方毎一根義大利麵條都緊緊扒著醬汁，麵條吸附了滿滿醬汁的濃郁精華，滑溜順口有嚼勁還帶上蝦鮮味，讓整體的香氣更豐富 。 附上的新鮮白蝦夠大隻，個頭不小的蝦子都已貼心剝好蝦殼了，網美們也可以優雅的開心吃蝦，鮮蝦飽滿鮮甜口感很不錯，每一口都吃得到濃郁的奶油鹹蛋黃醬，口味上還多了一點香料香氣，以及開胃的微微辣度，通常金沙鹹蛋黃餐點吃多都會覺得有點膩口，但是這道南洋金沙鮮蝦義大利麵的鹹蛋黃醬加入了奶油調和還有咖哩葉調味，鹹蛋黃濃郁香氣依舊。

👍川味宮保雞丁義大利麵 雞腿肉先醃過，加入主廚秘製辣醬料理的川味宮保雞丁義大利麵。麻香的辣味辛香溫和，佐以低溫炸過的花生顆粒，增添義大利麵的口感及厚實風味。雞肉肉質嫩多汁美味，沒有過度烹煮而失去水分，義大利麵也吸附了滿滿醬料。但美中不足的是太油了，吃到盤底的麵有點膩口。奶香濃瓜湯

👍每一道義大利麵加200元套餐，可以多濃湯跟麵包。濃瓜湯是熱的，南瓜濃湯是南瓜帶皮下去熬煮的，南瓜湯相當的濃郁，有南瓜的香甜味道，喝起來十分順口，湯的濃稠度相當的高，口感十分滑順。搭配擺盤送上的兩塊烤好麵包解膩，將烤好麵包沾著濃湯一口一口的吃也不違和。
