昨天、今天連續兩日都去購買，因為跟家人去嘉義玩，結果都遇到都一個員工（附上照片的背影），心情真的滿差的。

買遍全台星巴克的我⋯第一次遇到星巴克態度有這麼差的員工，第一天結帳時發生星巴克app隨行卡打不開，一開始以為是我自己手機的問題，重開好幾次還是一樣，詢問店員她表示應該是我手機網路的問題，後來我自己連結了店內的wifi發現還是不行，結果員工自己測試發現是星巴克app本身無法登入的緣故，這時員工才請我拿出實體卡，後來open point...

昨天、今天連續兩日都去購買，因為跟家人去嘉義玩，結果都遇到都一個員工（附上照片的背影），心情真的滿差的。 買遍全台星巴克的我⋯第一次遇到星巴克態度有這麼差的員工，第一天結帳時發生星巴克app隨行卡打不開，一開始以為是我自己手機的問題，重開好幾次還是一樣，詢問店員她表示應該是我手機網路的問題，後來我自己連結了店內的wifi發現還是不行，結果員工自己測試發現是星巴克app本身無法登入的緣故，這時員工才請我拿出實體卡，後來open point 也打不開，我就問對方那我該怎麼集點？她也說不出一個所以然，星巴克員工教育訓練何時變這麼差了，很讓人傻眼！ 隔天來app正常、網路正常一切順利，在等待咖啡時又是遇到昨天同一個員工，我手上拿著震動叫號器、號碼單、明細，看著一杯咖啡做好放在取餐區孤零零的，我便走過去看是我的沒錯，因為我的口味比較特別很好認出，我就問那個我真的不太想問她的員工，請問這杯是我的嗎？對方就說是！我問對方，咦～那我的叫號器怎麼沒叫，她卻一副理所當然的回答：因為我沒按啊！我以為妳跟那些人是一起的所以我沒按，然後就繼續去做她的事了，留下一頭霧水的我⋯所以是我的問題囉？ 這讓每天都買星巴克的我，真的遇到百年奇葩的員工了⋯還好我不是常常來東山服務區，有看到的公司高層，能否管理一下！這個服務連7-11都不如的奇葩員工，別讓星巴克降低素質，破壞在我心目中的地位，拜託⋯

來嘗試新品蜜桃星冰樂，口味尚可，略有點藥水味（？），可能之前的咳嗽藥水帶有類似口味，讓我味覺混亂了😵 不過下層的草莓果醬很棒，對台南人來說甜度很夠，量也不少，照店員提示攪拌食用比較適合，如果沒攪拌會在喝到底層時被草莓果醬甜暈 🤣 最上面鮮奶油表層會灑上ㄧ些糖，有點神奇的飲品。 東山的店員服務很迅速，飲品品項也很齊全，麵包品項略少，但以休息站店的性質已經算足夠了。除了一般樓梯外還有電梯可使用，手扶梯無法下樓只能往上到2F，不過在二樓這一點其實很棒，隔絕人潮跟吵鬧，算是東山比較幽靜的角落，前提是點餐客人也要有素質 🤣 座位不少，但除了遠通櫃檯邊的三桌以外，光線都比較差，可能走燈光美氣氛佳路線（？）

以往服務都很親切很優良，但不曉得是否太優良了，當我在櫃檯點餐時，有個大媽插隊不曉得要做什麼，期間一直不斷碰到我和另一個在隔壁櫃忒點餐的男士，整個過程很傻眼，後來店員居然中斷我的點餐，先服務那位大媽⋯⋯ 這令人更傻眼無言⋯⋯ 她是想要一個杯子😒 但人總有先來後到吧⋯⋯因為這樣，扣2顆星。
