The coffee shop is in the campus, the atmosphere is peaceful with no extra decorations. The views around the outside tables are the best in Taipei. Good for families or lovers, and...

我從來沒有給過一顆星的負評，竟然是給這藝大咖啡館，真的是非常令人沮喪的一次經驗。 進店後我與友人找了四人桌坐下後，自己填好菜單，就過去站在櫃檯等了老半天，店員看到也不來搭理，我跟服務阿姨問了後，她説要等一下，我後來就站著又等了幾分鐘，再次攔下一位小妹，表示我要點餐，她說她是新來的 不會點，讓我問吧台先生。我轉去問那位看著我站在櫃檯等候十分鐘的吧台先生，好口氣地表達我已經等了很久，是否有人能夠幫忙先點餐，沒想到竟換來一個態度強硬的霸氣拒絕，連正眼都不看！ 我知道服務業不容易，但是 當客戶好口氣的詢問時，店家真的不需要把自己個人的情緒發洩在客戶身上。如果真的忙不過來，其實大可以放個 “暫停點餐” 的牌子在櫃檯，或是 禮貌的告訴客戶，“抱歉 請把點餐單留下，稍候我再幫你點餐”，我相信大家都可以體諒。不知道這位先生是否是老闆，所以 展現的氣度也較強，但這樣的溝通態度，真的十分令人不悅，讓我只能跟我邀約一同前來的友人一再道歉，然後再轉去校園入口草原附近，左側轉角的咖啡廳，還好那裡的服務人員個個都親切有溫度，讓我們的心情突然從酷寒的北極 轉換到了 舒服的亞熱帶。或許也該慶幸這一次不好的服務體驗，讓我發現了另一個優質溫暖的店家。真心希望 藝大咖啡館...
