無意間路過的美味：戚家糧倉煙燻滷味；是一間讓人吃了會瞬間懷念阿嬤的味道；研究了一番發現是台東老字號小吃，其創業精神和口味皆具有深度的文化底蘊。店主從父親零碎的回憶與眷村菜滋味中，經過無數次的反覆試驗，終於重現阿嬤用蔗糖煙燻製作的滷味香氣──那是一種既滷且燻、混合蔗糖甜與中藥滷香的獨特風味，令人魂牽夢縈。
