highly recommend this paiwan restaurant, especially for tourists who do not often have the chance to enjoy paiwan food. the meal was super tasty for incredible value!!! it’s also decently walkable from the train station just requires extra cautiousness on one of the backroads.
we got the 2 person menu-less meal, which i’ve never seen offered for less than 5 people so that was already special. then it was only 500 NT per person and for truly SO MUCH food, we were in disbelief.
we had pineapple tomato basil salad, tumeric sticky rice, salt baked fish, ribs, okra, fried pumpkin, wild vegetable soup, and lover’s tears.
i messaged them on facebook ahead of time and they gave me instructions for how to wire the deposit ahead of time (30% of the meal total, so for us 300 NT)
