英式的店面外觀，走進咖啡店後的各個角落，似乎又帶有各個不同的風格類型與享受。 母親的手工藝、旅行的記憶以及休閒的興趣......，看似多樣與多變的空間裡，卻又不會給人衝突與不協調的背景。 老闆親切，得體，服務周到且細緻。 座位就空間大小而言，舒適寬敞，感受得到更在乎的是品質與顧客的感受。 光是點單，就知道什麼是注重細節。翻開封面，是屬於全家人與精品咖啡的故事與詮釋。 點了一杯招牌的熱單品，第一個讓人訝異的是還準備了一小杯冰單品，讓人品嚐冰與自己由熱慢慢喝（啜）到冷的風味，這是目前喝過唯一有這樣做的咖啡店。 第二個訝異的是，在喝完自己點的單品後，老闆端來一杯用小紅酒杯裝的冰咖啡，是用冰滴方式做的耶加雪菲，自己曾經沒有測量與紀錄的手沖風味，在這邊喝到更棒的展現， 搖晃後靠近鼻子前，明顯的紅酒香真心讓人覺的驚艷，啜飲後的風味，前段的紅酒，中段的巧克力，後段的烏梅，一層層感受到的味，濃郁，卻是順口的甜。 以下是一些個人對空間的想法： 1.音樂很棒，能在家之外聽到一樣的音樂讓人有像家的感覺，不過覺得可以稍微小聲一點。 2.一樓椅子椅背略微後傾斜，不聊天，閱讀也很舒適方便。桌子結構的關係，要聊天時若想靠背，距離會遠了點，若怕打擾他人，可能就無法靠到椅背。 總結，真心覺得是間完美的咖啡店！！！

2/4（六）初訪清厚咖啡踩點。老闆是SAC國際精品咖啡協會認證的咖啡師，自己烘豆，杯、盤等各式器皿，和店內裝修皆搭配母親手作的陶器，整間店內讓人非常的舒適放鬆，看得出女老闆的細膩和巧思。 . 「純色如清，厚韻豐盈」，正是老闆手沖咖啡的最佳註解，而且和甜點非常的搭配。三款甜點都非常好吃，是店內咖啡師自己研發烘焙～ 🍀有機草莓🍓巧克力布朗尼 用大湖有機草莓製成草莓醬，和比利時草莓巧克力，咬下去滿滿濃濃的草莓香😍 🍀荔枝酒蜂蜜巴斯克 這真的是我吃過最棒的巴斯克了！一入口就是荔枝果香和淡淡的蜜香，而且蛋糕外層烤出微微的酥脆口感，內層軟滑，不像一般巴斯克蛋糕的濕軟口感，好吃到欲羆不能，又去加點一塊！ 🍀焦糖布蕾塔 本來沒有點，我和老闆、咖啡師聊天穩讚甜點後，老闆招待我們試吃，一吃完又跑去加點。用自製焦糖，加上蘭姆酒浸泡葡萄乾，入口如冰淇淋般的口感，而且和我點的哥倫比亞蘭姆酒桶咖啡超～級～搭🥳 . 喝著好咖啡配上用心烘培的甜點，整個人放鬆到在沙發上快睡著，這真是人生一大享受啊！ . 如果有來台東，推薦必訪清厚咖啡 ❤️❤️❤️ ⭐️2/5（日）下午又來二訪，點了熱的哥倫比亞伊甸園，濃郁的飛壘香糖風味和果汁感，很甜美。除了三款甜點再吃一輪外，再點了泡菜豬肉pizza，泡菜的酸和辣恰到好處，很好吃😋

They provide on-site hand brewed coffee and a small cup of iced coffee of the same coffee bean at the same time. You can taste the taste of hot and iced coffee at the same time. This place is also a good material for photography.

Its worthy to visit this coffee. The interior is made with elegance. It’s good for enjoyment and also for relaxation. They tough thru every detail and you can enjoy the design.
