Today was the second time i came here. First time i went there with my friends and it was (let’s say) okay. We didn’t really come there to eat at first. Just brought the kids to run around and ate some light snacks after playing outside. So, I thought that next time i will go back there to watch the amazing view like the majority of reviews said. I decided to bring my family who came and visited me here in Taiwan to show them some fine experience and all i got was a very unpleasant feelings and terrible service attitude (especially from one waiter who is in charge on seating arrangement that time). He made me and my family felt really bad because he treated us with no respect!!! He was so bad and impolite! He made us feeling like he was so racist! Because my mom and my family don’t look like local. You shouldn’t do something like that. We could accept that you have regulations etc but the way you told us, you could have done it better. We felt awful and it was the first time i had worst eating experience in Taiwan with my family. We have been living here since 2016 and nobody has ever treated us so disrespectfully like in this place!
The only good thing was the parking was spacious when we arrived (not at peak hours) and the kids and my family love the food. well done chef!
But after today, i will definitely not going back to that place. There are so many other places nearby that are better than this place!
Service attitude is...
Read more1st time here, was hoping to enjoy my time with family here but besides the food, the scenary, play area for kids were good. They have a sand pit, jungle gym area, and a train which was on the high price side (nt$50/ride). Outside seating were nice, have plenty of rocking seats available to enjoy.
For the food side, latte, mocca was quite expensive, taste was just soso (nt180/cup), fried platter was nt380/plate and just ok (not too big). I believe its because they have some play area for kids and rocking seats, so maintenance may be high.
Besides this coffee shop, there are other coffee shops next to this one and the food is better as well as price, quite disappointed. Only great if you want to bring your kids to play otherwise not...
Read moreThe line ups are crazy. I don’t think they have enough staff for the outside. I saw people bring their own food and drinks to come enjoy the view on the farthest swinging chairs with mosquito nets. I don’t think they can enforce it from the lack of people working. The view and environment is stellar. It’s calming and I did enjoy sitting there sipping my drink. However the prices of one drink is like 4 Coco bubble teas or a meal for one. Looking for seats is a hassle as well as waiting for your order.
It’s not a bad place to take the kids and run around but you do need to keep an eye on them. The sand box was a little small for the...
