今日6/30早上買了一份套餐附薯條，結果吃第一口覺得怪異，仔細一看番茄醬竟然過期了，去電給你們，你們還說會跟拉亞反應，對消費者來說，你們就是拉亞不是嗎？就算總公司提供的東西，難道你們不用檢查嗎？ 番茄醬保存期限是一年，能吃到過期的也算是三生有幸，佛祖保佑吧？ 隔夜菜我們都不吃了，況且吃到的還是孕婦，真不知道該說什麼。 給3星是你們新開張，還有進步的空間，加油 好嗎？

店內乾淨舒適、明亮寬敞，這樣的用餐環境還真貼心。★花生醬+勁辣炸雞芝加哥堡套餐大推！不油膩、雞肉嫩、辣度適中，飲料點蘋果紅茶，裡面還有顆粒，口感真的很特別蠻符合我個人口味。 用餐時間是假日人好多，店裡店外人潮不斷，員工也很忙難免看到有些小抱怨，只希望大家多點同理心稍候一下囉！個人也等候幾十分鐘但是...值得 多點微笑^_^ 加油！！！

5/19前來用餐，店裡無人，9:32點單完成。10分鐘後，陸陸續續有人進來。沒多久，隔壁幾桌飲料都上了，我的還沒來。到了快10點，隔壁蛋餅的，套餐的都來了，我問服務生，才說還沒做。10:05餐點送上來，給我的理由是點單塞車？我第一個到，其他人晚我十多分都吃到了，這叫做點單插車吧。一頓早餐被搞到心情不美麗，還被爛理由搪塞，吃不下去了

點了外帶不是應該要把餐點需要用到免洗餐具備好嗎？（筷子、吸管等等），有時如果沒有放需要自行拿取時櫃檯人員會告知，一兩次忘記告知，我能理解你們身為服務人員會忙到忘記，但發生了3、4、5次就不合常理了吧！這樣忘記拿餐具給我們是要我們怎麼去吃餐點，如果是拿完餐點會回到家吃那至少還有餐具，但是如果是要開長途車要在車上吃，那麼要我們怎麼吃？直接用手抓嗎？你們的品質應該要多加訓練吧，不然就把店關掉吧，不要出來讓我們花...

是很不錯吃啦 不知道為什麼最近特別慢、然後有點小出錯 建議多招一些人手，假日和連假日都特別多，希望可以多一點人手 ，動作儘量可以俐落 你們人手太少，出餐太慢。 有次在APP上面已經訂好了，想在現場拿比較快速但結果十分鐘過後我去現場發現根本還在做，不管內用還是外帶都要等很久，App...
