浮島虎山 | Söt Café Bistronömy — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

What a fabulous restaurant! I reserved a table for lunch for my boyfriend’s birthday. We ordered a salad, the smoked duck and a steak and shared the dishes. Everything was delicious, and really “value for money” sized portions. The restaurant also surprised us with a waffle at the end of the meal (we had shown my bf’s ID so they knew it was his birthday). The space is comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. The service is quick, and all of the servers were very friendly and efficient. Was here last week with 2 of my friends. The food and presentation was good. The food temperature was right, however the service was a little slacking. If it was busy its understandable... but it was not. My dish was out late....( both of my friends dishes was half way through) and my latte was given to me when my friends drink was finished. Will I go back again, yes I will because the food is great, but...

Jan.02.2021 2nd time here for family breakfast in weekend, very slow service and preparation speed than last time since busy, but obviously the human resource was not arranged accordingly..., reduced the ranking number this time, pity. Found that they show a sentence “請勿竊取” in the bill folder, goodness, it was so bad feeling..., lost the amazing.
