How did an airport hotel garner so many amazing reviews, you ask? Bribery. An extra patty on the house if you write, and show proof of, your review.

I’m not one to be bribed, though I’m always happy to give an honest review. Note: I did not receive the free patty. In fact, deducting a star for the thought of even asking for these things. After all, if all businesses did this, how could any reviews be trusted?

It’s ground meat, with a runny (raw) egg yolk on top to serve as “sauce” - nothing magical or extraordinary here.

BUT it’s simple, and good for what it is (though I’m not sure about value for money here… $25cad for two pieces of what is essentially hamburger patties, and an egg on rice) - and if you’re like us, and unwilling to trek it into the city during a layover - it’s a great food option near (read: a $7 cab ride) the airport. Free rice and soup refills from what I understand, though I did not take them up on...

Wagyu hamburger steak was great! Just the chicken hamburger steak was a little salty, you really have to partner it with rice but overall, the taste was really good 👍

Unfotunately, we weren't able to put the yolk as a whole on top of the hamburger steak 😅

The dessert was refreshing for your palate after eating delicious greasy...

蟹肉排很推！！！廚師說別的地方吃不到哦！而且真的整顆都是蟹肉耶～ 2樣小菜，海帶芽（應該是吧）和外面一般賣的味道很像，甜甜的，但是他們家的比外面的脆很多，厚度也夠（如果也有售賣就更好了）；泡菜也好吃，我還有買回家，就是有點小瓶要$120；可以無限續，所以我們不小心吃小菜吃的有點飽了 除了上述的2樣小菜，餐前還有一份鐵板花椰菜，一般般，怕太飽的人可以先放著，反正桌上有個保溫的小鐵板，不怕他冷掉 覺得和牛太油的可選擇一般牛，比較不會膩，不吃牛的可選擇雞肉，很嫩哦！ 豬肉不推薦，味道我不太喜歡，而且店家有活動，只要5⭐️好評和立蛋成功（就是成功把蛋黃打在肉排上，店家就會送1顆，其實沒成功也會送啦！挺大方的），所以其實不需要點豬肉排套餐（一份是2顆），所以給店家請就好了 小捲很新鮮，完全沒有腥味，廚師掌握的熟度也很好，就是有點小⋯⋯ 干貝和上面小捲的評價一樣，只不過不小啦，應該有比50元硬幣大一點點 味噌湯（不錯，比大部分迴轉壽司店的好喝，但建議柴魚片入味就好，不用和湯一起，因為店家給的豆腐和海帶已經很多了，這樣吃起來有點雜），和白飯（是使用越光米，煮的火候也很好，粒粒分明），還可以無限續耶～很大氣！！ 一般店家有使用蛋黃拌飯的，蛋白都沒有使用，這家很特別哦！他的蛋白可以讓你選擇要用煎的還是蒸的，不浪費～很好～ 甜點是清冰冰棒（古早味香蕉油味那種）和焦糖奶酪2選1，但是不知道是不是每次去都一樣，畢竟我也是第一次去，如果吃不下的建議選奶酪，因為可以直接帶回家，旁邊麵包店就有在賣，一樣的 不知道是不是平日，只有1個廚師（很健談，可能當下是晚餐時間剛開始，我們7個是第一組客人，所以廚師很親切，有問必答），和2個外籍服務生（中文要再訓練，說的話聽不太懂，而且很小聲，太害羞了），而且要櫃台和備料兩邊跑，這樣櫃台常常會沒有人，所以我看後面進來的客人都要小等一下，也不會很久啦～ 點餐方式希望可以改善一下比較好，不應該限制每個人一定要點一份套餐（主食都是2顆），改為低消的方式會好一點，畢竟也有像我這樣的客人，每樣單品都想吃，而且單點加起來的金額...
