This McD is located "inside" of the Taipei Zoo. You'll need to pay to get into the zoo to access this McD. It's located on the LEFT hand side as soon as you enter the zoo. Waiting line (about 5-7 minutes for me) can be long and is defined by the crowds and also the language barriers between different nationalities. McD staffs are English proficient but not necessary to understand the English accents from around the world. Therefore, in between the ordering time can be delayed from one visitor to the next, pending on their English skills. However, if you're used to American McD's manu, you shouldn't have issue. Staffs are fairly quick to call your orders as soon as its ready to pick up in Mandarin, English but do pay attention to the order numbers on the receipt also it is displayed on a red monitor by the ceiling top at the pick up area. Total time for me from order to pick up was about 15-17ish minutes. There are enough chairs and tables at the outdoor dinning area, but if you like me just happens to bumped into a huge school crowds, then I suggest you just find the benches near McD under sun tree shades, much better in my humble opinion. Good luck to you if it rains. McD angus burgers and fries tasted not much different then the USA version.
