What is good?||1. Hotel location can view sunrise and many photographers standby on the hill.||2. Good gardening -Trees and flowers nearby the hotel||3. Hotel styles and shape looks like European resort snd house||4. Easy to see star at the night time and less light pollution (i.e. good for photographer)||What is not good?||1. The way climbing to the hotel is so narrow and difficult. Not good for van or big car (i.e. may be we went the wrong way)||2. Foods in restaurant are good but start time is set (i.e. difficult to tourist as may late due to travel or flight).||3. Services counter and restaurant located at the same place which is poor idea (i.e. staff is busy to take care both restaurant and check-in client). Therefore service is not as...

The setting is really beautiful serene and quiet. All the more beautiful in the early dawn as the break of day cast its lights on the mountains and tea plantation. Air is FRESH! The way up or down is the scary part to us. 😱 Maybe we are not used to mountainous roads. Hotel room is clean. Service is up to standard. Room rates include breakfast and dinner. Dinner is generous in portion and good. But breakfast needs improvement. As they take day tours the area becomes rather crowded with people and therefore totally lose all the serenity. And if you meet a group of guests that are loud, it is even worse. We happened to meet 2 different groups on our 2 days stay...
