Quite disappointing as an old customer during last twenty years. The food lost its original quality. The signature dish - fried pepper salt shrimp was overcooked with heavy oil taste. The shrimp was not fresh. A typical issue when the old shop got over expanded and could not manage...

We had a lovely authentic experience at a restaurant freighted by locals. No English menu (we used Microsoft translator to translate by taking a picture of the menu). The steamed fish was fantastic. Parking is tight in the vicinity of the restaurant.

說起康莊小吃，應該在湖口工業區上班的人都知道，因為這間店平日中午可是超多工業區工程師來覓食的所在。從小吃店一路成長到連婚宴都能承辦的餐廳，足以看出康莊小吃一路來受歡迎的程度。今天，就Follow Mi一起到新豐吃個康莊小吃。 康莊小吃，就位在新豐鄉離火車站不算遠的地方。從新興路轉進文昌街，一路開進來一下子就能看到左手邊招牌已經顏色都不清楚的康莊小吃。餐廳的門口能停幾台車，如果滿了就停到他們自己在旁邊的停車場，走過來一分鐘而已。 這天花洛米一家是周末來的，會來吃是因為當初花洛米在新竹走跳的時候就很愛來這裡吃午餐了，所以趁著到新竹特別來回味。這天，即使因為武漢肺炎疫情外出吃飯人比較少，但餐廳依然有不少桌客人。 這裡的菜色跟快炒店有點像，而且大多都有分大小。先跟大家說，就算小的份量都很足夠喔。 點好菜把菜單交給服務人員之後，就可以去拿醬料和餐具了，醬料是看個人需求。餐具的部分是使用非一次性餐具，而且都有高溫殺菌。 感想好吃到不行

今天因為工作安排，前往康莊小吃送貨。雖然不是以顧客身分前來用餐，但整體過程中，店內的經營者與服務人員給我的感受非常好——語氣溫和、應對得體，而且分工清楚，現場秩序井然。 值得一提的是，店裡的工作人員與負責人年紀都稍長，卻依然展現出高度的效率與細節管理，這種經驗與穩定度，說真的，讓我蠻佩服的。即使是在送貨等待的短短時間裡，也能看得出這是一家經營多年、經驗累積下來的好店。 從他們對客人的招呼、料理出餐的節奏、到環境的整潔度，都反映出「老店的底氣」。也難怪會有這麼多回頭客。 雖然今天沒有實際品嚐他們的餐點，但我已經默默記下下次要來這邊吃飯的計畫。這是一家值得推薦與尊重的好店，經驗老到卻依舊充滿服務熱情，這樣的老店很不簡單。
