Desolate Coffee — Restaurant in Yuchi Township

Actually wanted to go to lugao when passing to sun moon lake, but for some reason map directed me here. Wasn't disappointed though! Totally in love with this cafe. It's located very strategically in the side of the road. When I went there, there weren't many people around (I went in weekday, morning) so it made my experience really good. The staffs spoke basic english and there is english menu, didn't deter me from ordering. Friendly staffs. Food was delicious too! Though my only complaint is the price. Price was very expensive, total for 3 people was around NT1,780 (about $60 might not be much in usd but for taiwanese price i think its absolutely expensive, I ate hotpot for only NT850 in the countryside 😂). But it's to be expected, I'll just assume I'm paying for atmosphere and food! Will come again if we ever going back to...

We came to this place for some coffee, but we saw eventually that we had to book their restaurant via their system at the front. However, no staff said hello or offered to help us, it is assumed everyone should know somehow. However, we had another customer behind us who helped us so we got in. The cafe is really beautiful, with a lovely mountain view. We ordered the cloud cake and pasta. A lot of different recipes, so delicious and interesting, you can easily go and come back and still try different options They dedicate a special attention to their products and choose high quality, which you definitely feel at degustation.
