Although the restaurant's environment is not 5 star, for NT$500($17USD) to BBQ and hot pot fresh fish, shrimps, crabs, oysters, squids and beef, lamb, pork, veggies and sweet tea, milk tea, ice cream, and all you can eat, this restaurant is totally deserve a 5 star rating. Before we made the reservation, I saw some negative ratings and comments about the reservation bad attitude, bad service attitude, not willing to change the BBQ coal pot, and stirring the coal causing ashes flying all over the table and forcing 7 people to share one (4 people comfortable) table, we did not see any of it except the last two issues. Their reservation line was hard to reach which was a challenge. Then, the attitude was very friendly. We started with a joke and the entire reservation went very smoothly. Upon arriving the restaurant, we were arranged to sit in the middle of a 4 pots long table which was totally fine for 3 of us. However, the next table at my end started complaining. They said they had 7 people, and, they thought our table was reserved for them. It turned out their reservation was for 6; so, they get arranged to sit at the end table which was OK for 6. The cashier lady double checked if they really had 7 people and discussed options with them. Later, moved them to a different location with 2 pots where they sit comfortably. I guess they agreed to pay for an extra pot which is NT$100($3.50USD). The services were all great. They explained how it works in details. Later, they stopped by to teach us how to BBQ squids and how to open the oysters. They helped to clean and prepare the fish and squids. I asked for cooking oil which was not normally provided without any problems. What else could you ask for? 40mins into the meal, a lady did come over to poke on the coal. However, she did it carefully and we didn't see any ashes flying around. Overall, we were very happy for this experience. I believe all the negative comments if it really happened, it probably happened during holidays and/or weekends. Because it would be very hard to handle a full house. We went there on Monday. I came in today by myself, actually I called to reserve a table 10 minutes before they opened and the young lady who spoke with me on the phone was awesome. She took my reservation and had a half table for me blocked with a partition to separate the other party. It was very busy from the start woth some pushy guests, but once I got to the front it was easy to chose what I wanted from the fresh seafood. I came here just for that. But I did choose a few pieces of meat that is for the hot pot, but I chose to put it on the grill instead. The hot meat I chose was tender and delicious. The seafood was fresh and plenty to choose from. The boss even comes around the table to offer you the best squid, which I politely refused as I felt I had enough on my plate. They have a strict policy if you take food or waste food, they will charge you. So I was very careful to choose only what I could eat. But I did see the other tables fill many plates. I chose not to get dessert as there were too many people waiting to get ice cream. I really enjoyed my dining experience. The food was fresh and plenty, the staff very hospitable and friendly and the location is very close to my house. I will go again...

All you can eat grill and hot pot,

All the ingredients are very fresh,

Freshly prepared and actually pretty clean,

You cook it over the fire and it is pretty hot, so get used to the heat

Cook the fish, that’s the best thing to eat there, I wished I had knew that at first, I would have cook more fish, there were great on the grill

Of course you can’t complain about the food because you cook it yourself

The only complaints I have is, it is way too hot, I understand they have a lot of air conditioning on but with the amount of grill in the restaurant and people it is very hot

And not sure why but there were a lot of mosquitoes

I was getting eaten up by mosquitoes,

We had an OK time hopefully they get rid of the mosquitoes issue

Will probably come back again when we visit...
