✔️清炒檸檬海鮮義大利麵 $280- 有檸檬片在旁邊自己擠,它不是一般的清炒,有加入一點紅醬,整體口感清爽。對我來說,以清炒來說不夠香、以紅醬來說醬又太少,味道中規中矩,但我喜歡要馬清炒、要馬紅醬的口感。 ✔️日出海鮮燉烤飯 $290 換青醬+10- 原先設定是白醬,但個人偏好青醬所以客製換麵+$10。青醬打的沒有很碎,味道蠻重的,燉飯的米飯有些許紫米。燉飯送上後過五分鐘米飯吸了湯汁,顯得有些乾,自製青醬真的好吃但容易膩,醬汁對我來說不夠多,口感偏乾。 ✔️黑松露野菇燉飯 $320- 感覺這份份量比較大,菇味蠻重的,料也不少,但是沒有驚艷的感覺。白醬蠻好吃的,只是也是偏乾。 ✔️香煎鴨胸肉蘆筍義大利麵 $250 換筆管麵+$10- 這道我們自己加錢換成筆管麵,但因為這家本身醬比較少,所以沒有感受到筆管麵吸附醬汁到筆管裡的感覺,反而更乾,有點可惜。鴨胸的部分比較偏台式,很入味,切成薄片加上有點甜甜到醬汁淋在上面,個人比較喜歡香煎的原味切的再稍微厚一點,也不會影響到原本義大利麵的味道。 ✔️瑪格麗特披薩...
