20200801: ended up buying a large (600g) wedding cake with taro filling. based on the products we sampled whilst there, quality remains top notch.

20200403: this place is amazing. you can sample all their offerings (about 26 in total) which is really helpful for people who can't tell the nuances of Chinese wedding pastries.

ended up buying two large (600g) wedding cakes: 1 taro and 1 red bean mochi. it was a tough choice as they have 25 offerings, the shortlist numbered above 12, and the best before dates were between 10 and 14 days out and one simply cannot (or more appropriately should not) eat that much.

the cakes are very fresh as they are sold in sealed bags. full of flavor and absolutely delicious. if it will be placed in the refrigerator, it is best stored in an airtight container to keep the cake moist.
