Leons Garden — Restaurant in Arusha

I recently visited Leon's Garden for a special occasion and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. We specifically requested two kisinia when we placed our order, but to our dismay, they only prepared one. This was a huge inconvenience and completely ruined our dining experience. Not only did they fail to fulfill our request, but the fact that they got the order wrong is completely unacceptable. It showed a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Service is ridiculously slow. Ordered a platter (kisinia) something that I would imagine is ordered often, and they should have found an efficient way of making. 3 hours later, we left without having eaten. This is the slowest and worst service that I have ever experienced in a restaurant. We visited Leons early December 2020 for lunch, with high expectations, and they definitely exceeded on every level. The food, ambience and staff service was perfect.

The manager was very perfect and our waitress did an exceptional job, was very attentive and took care of choosing the local drinks for us.
