Bistro Restaurant — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

First of all , This is my first time in entire life I am writing a review about one restaurant and the Manager. I was traveled many countries and eat multiple types of cuisine in my life.. Primally my complaint against the Restaurant Manager, I don't know his name and we're abouts, But in simple way I can say he will spoil the name of restaurant in market as well as the owners name , he have no idea how to talk with customer he don't have no idea how to greet the customer. He literally abuse me , shouting and screemig at phone while I was called and informed him my food complaint. Now I will come to the detailed stories On 25th September 24 I made my order to Bangkok Bistro through Piki, I was given my order 3.55pm and received my order 5.25pm , it's too late, I may guess restaurant were busy or road traffic for piki driver, then I ask to the driver while he comes to flat to deliver the food, I asked him why so delayed, I was hungry, The rider said to me with all the polite manner " sir this restaurant always like this, all the time they make the delay " I was doubting the driver, may be he made the wrong statement. And after I received the food, I had few guests came my home and busy with meetings, so cant check the food. And around 6.15om I check the food , I was wondered, what I was ordered to Bangkok Bistro, they send the food in wrong way prepared. My food was Thai Seafood Curry in red paste and Chicken wings Thai style and also in piki order description, I mentioned crystal clearly" I want spicy" But I'm this delivery My Thai Seafood Curry was pure yellow 🟡 colour like turmeric water , and chicken wings is look like done shower with oyster sauce. I don't eat the food nor even touch. ( For reference I can send the picture if the management needed) Then I called the restaurant, one Lady pick the phone ( I don't remember Her name ) and she started listening to me, And to be Very Honest, she was amazing and excellent skill to handle the customer complaints and as well as good listener. I explained to her my issues, and she said I will inform to my manager and will do the best service for you, I was so glad to hear her service. After that I ask her can I get your Manager number or can I talk , she said he is out of Restaurant and will share his number, Then she send me the manager number and meanwhile she told me , sir I will send the replacement of your order and food came the same food what I was order, it's wasn't good quality like earlier almost like before , but I ate it , because I don't like to waste food or ignore person who cook the food and their effort. Many people in world waiting for one time food, "so I respect tue food". Anyway I called the manger three times, two time no answer and one time he disconnected my call, then I leave him WhatsApp messages, And 26th September 24, I called him and ask , Boss did u got any food complaint from last day through piki order , he said no, I said to him, boss I called and Ur number but your not responding my call, so I leave u WhatsApp message, kindly go through it and revert back to me. After few minutes he called me back and asking me, "what you want" who the hell are you " this is the way we serve food any problems? I was shocked, I am disconnected my call, because I was with some colleagues and having meetings, Or else I knw how to react and give him back answer which he can't dream his life.. And after sometime the girl spoke me previous day, she said my manager was called me bit confused talk with me about Ur complaint, I told her don't worry, I will handle it, Even the manger Screwed that Girl , I am sure, so she called me wit out any reason... such a beautiful hospitality and fantastic manager .. Really he is a restaurant manager or Street Goon's, such a pathetic Personality, how come he is in This industry? If Bangkok Bistro keep this Man as a manager very soon Bangkok Bistro name is going to spoil in market So my question ⁉️ ⁉️ Who will gonna apologize to me? such stupid words from this manager ? I am a human not a street 🐕...
