Posto Bella Resort — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

We had booked a package for our office team. We made a mistake to pay ahead of time. In our booking we asked if they have snacks and they didn't answer. I am pregnant and knew I would not be able to wait till lunch for food so I brought some fruit. And they became so rude and refused completely to allow me to bring in fruit while they didn't have any have snacks to buy while we wait for lunch. We tried to talk to the manager, supervisor, we even asked to speak to the person we made reservation and were all super rude and not helpful at all. ||||On top of that even the person we made our reservation with was very rude and unaccommodating. This is not a place to come back to at all. The service is terrible; the staff are unhelpful and are not properly trained, so they offer below substandard service. ||||We asked to be refunded and they refused. Reservation was done for lunch, as we arrived, nothing was ready and no one to meet and great. Paper menu not available, you had to scan to get the menu. After finally ordering food, it took more than two hours only for the food to arrive with one order missing (out of kuku). Steak was like rubber. We eventually called the manager who pretended to be absent, but she was around! After a confrontation and complaint , all staff and manager disappeared. No one to see us off after such a disappointing experience! Never again!...

What a lovely precious stone in the middle of nowhere! On my way here I never imargined I will find such a beautiful 😍 place in Bunju! Very clean, beautiful garden, the cleanest pool in around with comfort and dry changing rooms. The place is very cool and service is classy 👌. The servers are as cool as the place itself. Highly recommended for lunch and dinner with the families, it's a breath-away of town noises. Will definitely come again guys!...
