We were at the Waikiki restaurant a several times for dinner or just had some drinks during our stay in Pwani Mchangani, but we are not guests of the hotel, so I only can rate the restaurant. I first was really suspicious about going to an Italian restaurant in Africa :) My husband persuaded me, and I really like the place, very nice staff - especially Joseph - and the food was really good, they have European pricing though. We had seafood rice, the chicken souvlaki (both very delicious), 2 beer and 1 espresso and paid 34 $. But hey, we are in holidays! Read morenice restaurant from outside it was 7:30pm. and no customers indide which really made me hesitate but my desire to eat a pizza was too strong 🤭 I ordered a pizza with slices of sausage on it (can't remember the name), the pizza was good and big for one person. The waitress Deborah was very smiling and pleasant. On the other hand, the hibiscus drink I ordered was really mediocre, a lot of water + ice cubes and very little taste, I felt like I was drinking a syrup with water...
