This is not just another coffee shop in the region.
They process the cacao beans themselves using a modern method in which the temperature and humidity are kept low, akin to wine making. The beans came from local farms in the northern part of Lampang province. Their cacao product has won an international contest based on not only the taste but also the chemical profile — their fermentation process retains more nutrients from the cacao when compared to traditional processes.
