Prachasan cafe&restaurant — Restaurant in เทศบาลเมืองฉะเชิงเทรา

On October 13, about 7 p.m., I went there and I afterwards regretted it. I've never been to a restaurant where I feel as disrespected as I do right now.

Because I wore a casual outfit and perhaps they assumed that I couldn't afford to pay for their food, these waiters treat me as though I am pleading for them to give me food.

Only 2 tables were available when I first walked into the restaurant, one at the entrance and the other in front of the stage.

I was discussing where to seat with my family when they asked where I wanted to go, and then they shouted at my face, "เชิญ" I was astonished since I don't know what I did wrong to enrage the waitress.

After that we ordered something included the steak and the other waitress did not even inquire about the steak's doneness. Nothing significant happened after that other the way they looked at me and expressed their rage. I was already feeling so angry at that point.

It's not all that bad until it comes to the food, but since I'm Thai, I can tell that their "ยำแซลมอน" is terrible because the sour taste is overpowering and there is nothing more to say about it. Cabonara is another dish that disappointed me because it has no taste, and when I say that, I mean it literally.

We ordered something else till we were done eating there and left. When the waitress opened the door for me, I must admit that I was so angry that I did not say thank you. I then cast a sidelong glance at her and noticed that she had even rolled her eyes at me.

That being said, I vowed to God that I would never return to this location and that I would not promote it to...

This cafe has a band stand, suggesting that music is played at some point. It also serves as a restaurant. The menu offers a special promotion that includes four dishes and coconut water.

The tom yum clear soup is delicious and has a perfect balance of spiciness, sourness, and other flavors. The prawn salad is refreshing, and the prawn with smelly beans, a southern-style dish, is also very tasty.

The fried fish is quite large and comes with a mango salad and cashew nut. The fried fish is not too oily and pairs well with the mango topping.

Overall, this is a great place to eat in the area. The cafe has a nice ambiance, and the food...

ร้านบรรยากาศดีค่ะ ตกแต่งสวยงาม เหมาะกับเป็นที่นัดพบเจอเพื่อน หรือ คนพิเศษ อาหารอร่อยทุกจานที่สั่งมา เทใจให้เมนูเนื้อเป็นพิเศษย่างได้ดีมาก ไม่เหนียวเลยในข้าวผัดมันเนื้อ+เนื้อย่าง และ เมนู Beef Steak เมนูเครื่องดื่ม มีให้เลือกหลายหลายดีค่ะ ทั้งไวน์ เบียร์ และเหล้า รวมถึงพวก ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ราคาเหมาะสมเมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนที่ให้มาและใช้วัตถุดิบที่ดี -การบริการ รวมๆน้องๆในร้านน่ารักค่ะ มีแต่คนหน้าตาน่ารักๆทั้งร้าน แต่หัก 2 ดาวเนื่องจาก เจอ 2 เหตุการณ์ที่ทำให้ไม่ประทับใจเลย เราขอโคมไฟตั้งโต๊ะกับน้องพนักงานเพิ่มไปเนื่องจากโต๊ะเรายาว เพื่อนอีกฝั่งของโต๊ะอาจจะมองไม่เห็นอาหารเพราะในร้านเป็นไฟสลัวๆอยู่แล้ว น้องนำโคมไฟมาให้และได้ทำการเปิดโคมไฟให้ หลังจากกดเปิด คือ โคมไฟแบตอ่อนมากและแปปนึงก็ไฟดับไปเนื่องจากแบตหมด... คำถามในเมื่อหลังจากเปิดแล้วพบว่าโคมไฟแบตหมดทำไมไม่นำของใหม่มาเปลี่ยนให้ หรือ แจ้งเรากลับมาก็ได้ว่า เดี๋ยวเอาอันใหม่มาให้ หรือ แค่แจ้งว่ามีเท่านี้หรือ อื่นๆใดๆ แต่หลังจากเปิดโคมไฟให้แล้วเจอไม่ติดก็เดินออกไปเลย ... สุดท้ายทางเราได้เรียกพนักงานอีกรอบสอบถามว่ามีอันอื่นมั้ยเพราะอันนี้แบตหมด ทุกคนอ่านมาถึงตรงนี้งงกันมั้ยคะ ใช่ค่ะ พวกเราอึ้งกันทั้งโต๊ะ เรามากันหลายคนและสั่งอาหารหลายจาน เลยมีการขอช้อนกลางเพิ่มสำหรับตักอาหาร นำช้อนมาให้นะคะแต่มันคือช้อนคู่กับช้อนใส่จานที่เป็นเมนูเส้นสปาเก็ตตี้คาโบนาร่า ทางเราเลยแจ้งไปว่า ขอส้อมเพิ่มด้วยได้มั้ยเพราะที่ให้มาคือ ช้อนกับช้อน มีการหยิบส้อมเพิ่มให้ แต่กลับมีการแสดงกิริยามารยาทที่ไม่น่ารัก คือ หน้าเหวี่ยงใส่เพื่อนเรา จริงๆร้านมีโปรโมชั่น check in ลดค่าอาหาร 10% แต่เราพึ่งเห็นข้อมูลนี้ในเพจร้านหลังจากที่เราจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว จริงๆควรจะแจ้งว่าวันนี้ร้านมีโปรโมชั่นอะไรให้ลูกค้าเข้าร่วมบ้าง ส่วนลูกค้าจะทำหรือไม่ทำก็แล้วแต่ความต้องการ แต่วันนั้นที่ไปไม่ได้มีพนักงานท่านใดมาแนะนำเลยค่ะ ส่วนตัวเราไม่เคยพบเจอกับสถานะการณ์แบบนี้มาก่อนTT

ถ้าทางร้านสามารถแก้ไขในส่วนนี้ได้เรื่องของการบริการลูกค้า(กับพนักงานบางท่าน)...
