It is a famous shabu in BKK. So it is often crowded.

The quality was good as always. I ate pork only, and it never disappointed me. Ice cream and daifuku all flavours were great too. But my favorite would be rice-something ice cream, and custard daifuku.

The service was so-so since they were too busy. So it's not like I expect they to be much better. So 4* does make sense.

Atmosphere, it's up to how many people were there. When there're so many people, the shop was too narrow to walk pass each other. Some family even let their kids walk around. In the buffet shop where there's time limit, we should expect that everyone would be in a hurry. This place is great restaurant for shabu buffet. The restaurant is decorated in Japanese style which give very good atmosphere for having shabu-shabu. Despite the large number of employees, the staff isn't very productive even though there is a lot of staff, sometimes they just group up and don’t focus on customer.
