ปัจจุบัน การ์เด้น แอนด์ ควิซีน — Restaurant in Bang Khu Rat Town Municipality

We were so lucky to find this restaurant! We are an Australian/Japanese couple with two kids and after an exhausting day at the nearby water fun park (which is unbelievably fun for kids and free) we were looking for a restaurant nearby. We just luckily found it on Google maps and walked there! It has such an amazing garden for kids to play, with things like soccer, archery, climbing castles and big grassy spaces to do handstands , cartwheels and have fun and a big sandpit which my kids played in. The food was great! I really needed some non spicy healthy food and I got the vermicelli rice salad spring rolls which was just what I was after. Everything we got was yummy. Price - excellent price. Drinks, very happy with the mango/passionfruit drink and large size too. For such a new (6 months old) restaurant and such a fancy place we were so lucky to find it!! Thankyou. And... They even gave us a ride home because we were the last...

การบริการแย่มากๆๆตั้งแต่พนักงานเสริฟไปจนถึงเจ้าของร้าน เคยไปร้านนี้ 1 ครั้งก็ไม่ได้รับบริการอะไร แต่เนื่องจากไกลบ้านและพ่อแม่ชอบเมนูอาหาร คราวนี้เลยกลับมาอีกครั้ง แต่ไม่มีครั้งต่อไปแน่นอนค่ะ **อย่าหวังว่าอาหารที่จะได้รับตามที่สั่งจากเมนู *อย่าหวังกับบริการของพนักงานทุกคน **อย่าหวังกับเจ้าของร้านหรือผู้จัดการร้านที่เข้ามาแก้ปัญหาตอนหลัง แต่ขอไปที **ขอสรุปเป็นข้อตามนี้นะคะ ไปทาน 4 คนพนักงานจัดโต๊ะให้เก้าอี้ 3 ตัว ต้องไปตามถึงจะเอามาให้ รานการอาหารหมดหลายเมนู จนต้องเปลียนเมนุที่สั่งตามวัถุดิบที่ร้านมี ไป 4 คน เอาจานมาให้ 3 ใบ ต้องตามถึงจะได้จาน 4 ใบ ต้องเอารายการอาหารที่สั่งไปให้ที่เคาเตอร์เองเพื่อสั่งอาหาร น้ำปลาพริก ขอไปหลายครั้ง ไม่เคยได้รับจนเช็คบิล กระดาษทิชชู่ ขอไปหลายครั้ง ต้องเดินไปตาม สุดท้ายต้องเดินไปหยิบเอง จากหน้าเคาเตอร์ สุดท้ายโต๊ะเราสั่งไป 7 รายการ ได้รับ 3 รายการ ยังได้รับอาหารไม่ครบ คนเริ่มทยอยเช็คบิลกลับ ผู้หญิงผมสั้นน่าเป็นเจ้าของร้านเดินออกมาจากด้านในร้าน คุยกับโต๊ะข้างเราเหมือนรู้จักกัน โดยที่ไม่สนใจว่าลูกค้ายังได้ไม่ครบ จนเราต้องเอ่ยปากตามอาหาร ซึ่งก่อนหน้านั้นก็ไม่มีพนักงานสนใจถามเช่นเดียวกัน พอเช็คไปเช็คมาเจ้าของร้านกลับมาบอกเสริฟออเดอร์ผิดโต๊ะอาหารออกมาหมดแล้วแต่พนักงานไปเสริฟผิดโต๊ะ **อันนี้ผิดหวังที่สุดคือการแก้ปัญหา แทนที่จะรีบทำอาหารมาเสริฟ เจ้าของร้านเดินมาถามว่า จะเช็คบิลเลยหรือจะรอให้ทำเพิ่ม?? แต่ถ้าเช็คบิลจะให้เป็นส่วนลดแทน?? เราต้องการพาพ่อแม่มาทานอาหารไม่ได้อยากได้ส่วนลดจึงปฏิเสธไปและดูเหมือนร้านนี้ก็ไม่ได้อยากจะขายของหรือบริการลูกค้าเท่าไหร่ เพราะถ้าร้านอื่นเขาคงไม่ถามและรีบทำมาให้แทน เช็คบิลก็ยังใส่รายการอาหารที่สั่งแล้วไม่ได้รับมาในบิล ดีที่เราเช็คเจอก่อนและให้แก้บิล แถมการเช็คบิลยังใช้เวลาถึง 15 นาที

สรุป…ตอนกลับออกมาสังเกตุเห็นว่าเป็นบ้านหลังใหญ่ด้านหลังต่อกับร้านถึงเข้าใจทันทีว่า เป็นคนรวยที่มาเปิดร้านอาหารเล่นๆๆนั่นเอง ฉะนั้นไปร้านนี้ต้องอย่าคาดหวังนะคะ ขอเตือน เขาไม่สนใจใส่ใจลูกค้าตั้งแต่เด็กเสริฟยันเจ้าของร้านนะคะ...

Here’s another venue that is kids friendly, far out west on the agricultural plains of Bang Bua Thong. Meals for kids and adults they have, not just your average café food but qualify as cuisines they be. Lunched in a spacious tall celling interior we did in the cool of the air-conditioning. And after, while we parents sat indoors and had our chats, the kids were let loose out in their playground. In the sandpit they can play, swings there are by a tree house. And coloring activities available if we asked. Easy lazy Saturday lunch it was, pleasant...
