Today, I will be sampling and reviewing the August 2025 promotion, which features Taraba dishes, including Taraba Mushi and Taraba Yaki, both made with half-kilogram crab legs, as well as Taraba Steak, alongside White Fujisan Salmon, available in various preparations such as sashimi, sushi, steamed, and grilled, all at a discounted price. “Taraba Steak” crafted from 9L Taraba crab legs, offers a substantial portion that retains the delicate flavor of the crab meat, enhanced by accompaniments like onions, peppers, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, and asparagus, delivering an authentic Japanese experience that surpasses some hotel buffets in Japan. “Steamed White Salmon” prepared with Japanese soy sauce, showcases the fish's natural sweetness and tenderness, with minimal bones, complemented by shiitake mushrooms, radishes, and carrots, evoking the serene imagery of Fuji. “Grilled White Salmon” while flavorful with a subtle saltiness, tends to be firmer and contains more bones, making the steamed version a preferred choice; a squeeze of lemon can elevate its taste further.
Additionally, complimentary gifts include refreshing melon and delightful matcha green tea, alongside free appetizers, all of which are quite enjoyable, as well as a rich soup.
In summary, this promotion offers excellent value for the quality of ingredients and flavors, and with only a week remaining, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Read moreAt first, I was quite disappointed by the menu; there weren't a lot of options, and it was pretty pricey. However, when the food arrived, my family and I were amazed. The food was absolutely delicious. We also received appetizers before our main dishes, which included edamame and tiny swordfish.
After finishing our meal, one of the staff members told us about the desserts, so we ordered the melon bingsu. When it arrived, it looked incredibly juicy, and we also received slices of Japanese melon along with a shot of matcha while we waited. It was all absolutely delicious, and it was easy to tell that they used high-quality ingredients.
The staff here are really friendly; they spoke kindly and demonstrated good manners. The service was great.
It was extremely worth it, and we even received a 15% discount because it’s my cousin’s birthday month. We will definitely...
