Delishe - Cafe & Restro — Restaurant in Bang Mueang Subdistrict Municipality

A wonderful little find of a restaurant & music bar, just outside Si Thepha Station (Yellow Line monorail YL21).

We ordered 2 lattes to start, and also received a complimentary little Blue Hawaii (I think!) welcome drink. It looked alcoholic but was a tasty little soda with flavoured syrup and mint garnish.

Our lunch was a Garlic Fried Pork and a Chili Basil Fried Pork dish, both with rice. They were very tasty, and as expected the chili dish was a decent medium spice - enough for us to enjoy without too much burn! And the chili garlic sauce that accompanied it was very good, too.

Lovely, fresh and very clean décor, friendly staff, great service - above the call of duty!

We needed help ordering a Grab to our hotel, as we were unsure of the precise location to nominate. Two staff helped us to arrange pickup and even made the booking on our behalf, so we could pay on arrival.

We would have given 5 stars regardless for the quality of the premises / food / service, but the staff going the extra mile to help us is worth...

Delishe ร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ มีทั้งอาหารไทย, อาหารฝรั่ง, อาหารจานเดียว, อาหารครอบครัว ราคาต่อคนจะอยู่ประมาณ 120-800฿ ซึ่งอันที่แพง ๆ จะเป็นสเต็กเนื้อ (เลือกพาร์ทเองได้) อาหารสำหรับกินคนเดียวที่ไม่ใช่สเต็กจะอยู่ช่วง 120-300฿ ซะส่วนมาก วันนี้มาลองซุปเห็ดกับเฟตตูชินีเนื้อตุ๋น . ซุปเห็ด รสชาติดีเหมือนร้านแนวนี้ทั่ว ๆ ไป แต่ความพิเศษคือร้านนี้มีครัวซองมาให้แบบร้อน ๆ หอมกรุ่น เมื่อจิ้มลงไปในซุป พอรสของซุปเห็ดผสมเข้ากับรสหอมกรุ่นของครัวซองและเนยที่แฝงอยู่ข้างใน ก่อเกิดความอร่อยที่พิเศษกว่าที่อื่น . เฟตตูชินีเนื้อตุ๋น เส้นเฟตตูชินีคลุกกับน้ำซอสรสชาติเข้มข้น เคล้าด้วยกลิ่นเครื่องเทศและชีสนิดหน่อยช่วยให้นวลโดยไม่ทำลายความเข้มข้นของซอสเนื้อ ตัวเนื้อตุ๋นมาจนเปื่อย เคี้ยวง่าย ตัวซอสทำมารสเข้มพอดีมาก ๆ ไม่เข้มจนเกินไป พอดีกับความหนาของเส้นเฟตตูชินีมาก ๆ การเลือกใช้เนื้อของร้านนี้นับว่าผ่านการคิดมาเป็นอย่างดี เนื้อที่ใช้ในจานนี้เป็นเนื้อไทย (ไทยวากิว? ไม่แน่ใจว่าไทยวากิวรึเปล่า แต่เนื้อของไทยแน่ ๆ) เนื้อวัวไทยเป็นเนื้อที่มีกลิ่นแรงกว่าเนื้อนอก ซึ่งคำว่ากลิ่นแรงไม่ได้หมายถึงเหม็น แต่หมายถึงกลิ่นเข้มข้นแรงกว่าเนื้อของที่อื่น ซึ่งพอใช้เนื้อนี้มาทำซอสจะทำให้ซอสรสชาติเข้มข้นและหอมยิ่งขึ้น ใครที่ชื่นชอบเนื้อวัวแล้วสะดวกอยากให้มาลองครับ . บรรยากาศ=== ตัวร้านโล่ง ๆ โปร่ง ๆ รู้สึกสบาย ๆ ไม่อึดอัด สะอาดสะอ้าน ที่นั่งกว้าง นั่งสบายไม่ยวบ ระยะระหว่างที่นั่งกับโต๊ะก็กำลังดี พนักงานบริการดี . สรุปโดยรวม=== บรรยากาศดี อาหารดีมาก ๆ มีเมนูเยอะหลากหลาย จะมาคนเดียวก็ได้ จะมาหลายคนก็เหมาะ เดินทางง่าย...
