VT Namnueng Restaurant — Restaurant in Bang Pla Subdistrict Administrative Organization

The taste is on average for Vietnamese food in Thailand. But the portion of vegetables is not enough and they requested to pay 30 baht for more vegetables. When we order more vegetables, we could not finish it all because it’s too big for the remaining Namneaung. It’s a waste of the world. However, there are a kind of vegetables called ‘Pak Preaw’ which is should be in vegetables set for Namneuang. They did not serve this and let us ask for. The staff do not tell anything until we asked.

Service is not so bad. The staff do not take care customer much. But they did it quick.

We were there at lunch time during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not many people were there though the restaurant was quite big. The parking was very big in front of and at the rear of the restaurant. The wheelchair is accessible from the rear of the restaurant. The taste of the food was very good; especially, namnueng and krabueng (กระเบื้อง)​ which was served with a dip. We had fried banana which was served with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and whip cream. The taste was super good. We ordered about 6 menus and plain water and we paid almost 1,000 baht. Vietnamese foods (adapt with Thai style), good taste with reasonable price.

You can also have Thai dishes here, i.e. Papaya salad (Som Tam).

The place is on Thepharak Road on the way out to Bang Pla/Bang Bo.

Parking is easy on front of restaurant.
