Poor in service, I was there at busy time in the evening. Our family ordered 5 dishes at the beginning- including fries rice. They order came so late but it was okay from us as we understand that they are really busy. We got 2 dishes at first with no rice and needed to follow with the waiter for the rest. Then we got rice. We ate the food and almost finished everything on the table but the other two dishes we ordered were still not landed. We needed to ask 4-5 waiters to follow them up and wait around 30 minutes and nothing. So I decided to talk to the manager or owner I’m not sure so we got Tum Yum Kung on the table. Then wait another 30 minutes for the last dish and haven’t gotten it. So we decided to check the bill and I asked the waiter for the last order if we can take it home. The waiter didn’t even say apologies for the delay and didn’t even check for us if the food was made.

I have visited there several times but this was a terrible experience I ever got. Comparing to the table next to us. They are a group of 9 Chinese people. The waiters were taking care of them really well and they got all food they ordered really quick - ordered after us!!! ( they ordered more than 10 dishes!!!! The dishes were full on the 2 long tables!!!! What? )

If you want serve only expat, and if you only give the fast track to them - please inform the local Thai that you will serve only expat!!!

This will be my last time here, I will not recommend anyone to come here anymore and will warn them about this issue. If you don’t have good management and not stick to que also not ready to give a proper services to your customers just close the...

I will give no star if I could. I came to this restaurant with a good expectation. It has Michellin star, people queue up to eat, so why not try? We were to wait more than one hour for a table. When we got in we saw several tables were available but not clean yet, while alot of people seating outside. When we re about to order, we were told that almost more than half of the menu had gone while some other are not available due to no ingredient (flour! No flour!?) why it is so hard to inform the waiting clients that the menu has gone so they might be able to find somewhere else to eat!!? We have a 4 yo after waiting for 1.30 hr she is quite hungry. We must order something. ..so we got a fried rice (was ok) and a lemon steamed squid. The squid was pre steamed. When they brought to the table it was simply pour sauce over with some uncooked veggie. It was mediocre, i m sure we can find a cheap by the street seafood place and served better than this. At least they are not this lazy when making food to sell.

You dont need to queue for this. Trust me. Why spend money for a bad experience? First one star that I gave on google( and take the time to write damn long review) Its that disappointing.

Editing: after my one star review, this page has a flush of new 5 stars reviews, all these account are new, only review this place? And said the food “tasty, good service, no wait time” quite suspicious...

Not recommended! We came to this restaurant twice to be sure with our judgement. It's a nice location right on the river, a simple place with cheap plastic chairs but prices like an upscale restaurant. When we arrive in the afternoon, the restaurant is only about 30% occupied. We ask the restaurant manager for a table under the roof in the shade, there are about 60 seats free. But he wants to seat us at a hot table separated from the sun only by a thin fabric roof. Snooty and unfriendly he says that's not possible, we should wait until a small table under the roof becomes available. We ask for a fan, but are refused, they are all occupied. There are two at the next table. All the staff scowl, I have never seen anyone smile. We order 4 courses, 3 come and they are really quite excellent and definitely on the one star Michelin level. The fourth course is a steamed fish. We wait and wait, after 45 minutes the waitress comes and says the fish is not available. Conclusion: We will definitely never come to this extremely unfriendly and unprofessional restaurant again. And we very much doubt the professional ratings of the Michelin Guide, which gives such a last-class...

Arrived a bit late and missed the big view everyone talks about. But hey, we had almost the whole place to ourselves, except for a swarm of mosquitos who were apparently dining in too. Made repeated requests for mosquito coils which took sometime to arrive and then extinguish early on in our meal. Our server quickly told us they were closing at 9pm, so we rushed to order. When the food came, it was a mixed bag. The crab omelette scored a mere 2.5/5 – it was more a deflated omelette than crab. But the crab curry hit the spot(4/5), spicy and rich, just right with the rice. The rest? Not much to write home about, except for the grouper Pad Cha. It was like the chef vented his aggression on a fish with a cleaver, then fried up the bits. Mini bones, cracked bones, pieces of fish that looked lost... A definite choking hazard. Mind you, I'm a fish head lover. Or maybe it was just an off day for the dish and the chef. Or was it pre fried and it was the last bits for the day? I should have tried to reassemble the fish ✌️ I’d only come back for a quick drink to catch the sunset, then head to another place for dinner. How are Michelin guide restaurants awarded again?
