Shabushi - Big C Bangyai — Restaurant in Bang Rak Phatthana Town Municipality

We used to like this Shabushi restaurant at Big C...visit at least 2 times per month...

But very disappointed 2 weeks ago n today... Might not visit this restaurant again....

Don't understand why the shop manager n kitchen manager allow things like this to happen....

Restaurant is crowded since 6.30pm but nothing much on the buffet belt n even the sushi corner... Can even see family walk in sit down n walk out without eating, partly because the buffet belt they sitting have nothing n not working..( either is spoilt or staff prepared to close shop at 6.30pm ) Can really see alot of customers very disappointed about what happened.... Most of the customers order the food from staffs but is too slow to serve everyone.. Why restaurant need a buffet belt when staffs need to take order from all customers... Really hope the owner or HR mangers of Shabushi can look into store managers n train them about F&B... All restaurant manager should know the time to stop serving ....

เหตุเกิดวันที่21กรกฎาคม2567เราแล้สามีเดินทางไปนั่งกินที่ร้านเวลาประมาณ16.20นเกิดอะไรรู้มั้ยคะทุกคนเรานั่งรออาหารในสายพานมีอาหารปล่อยมาจริง ก็คือผัก เต้าหู้ ลูกชิ้น หัวปลา เนื้อ ซึ่งเรากับสามีไม่ทานเนื้อเรานั่งรอประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมงไม่มีหมูหรือกุ้งมาเลยสักจาน เราจึงเรียกพนักงานบอกขอกุ้ง ขอหมูบ้างตั้งแต่นั่งมายังไม่มีหมูมาเลย เขาก็จัดมาให้ชุดนึง เราก็รอว่าน่าจะส่งมาในสายพานบ้างเพราะเราบอกแล้วว่าเราไม่ทานเนื้อ สรุปได้กินแค่ที่เราขอและก็ไม่มีหมูหรือกุ้งมาในสายพานอีกเลยเรากับแฟนเลยตัดสินใจกลับอย่างเสียความรู้สึก แล้วจะไม่กลับไปสาขานี้อีกเลย เสียดายเงิน...

ขอชมพนักงานค่ะ ทำงานยิ้มแย้มดี คอยถามว่าเอาอะไรไหมตลอด 🎃อาหาร น้ำจิ้ม พริกกระเทียม ขอน้องๆพนักงานได้เลยถ้าไม่มีในสายพาน 🎃อาหารไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย ก็บุฟเฟ่ทั่วๆไป

ราคาปรับลงเริ่มต้น 320-net คุ้มสุดแล้ว แต่จะไม่ได้ซูชิ ซาบะ แต่ก็คุ้มแล้ว เพราะซูชิ ออกช้ามากๆๆๆๆๆ รอจนเริ่มอิ่ม อุปกรณ์ แก้ว ช้อนไอติมไม่มีวางต้องคอยขอพนง ถ้าคนเยอะก็รอจนไอติมแทบละลาย เตาบาร์มีปัญหา ไม่เดือด เดือดน้อย โดยรวมโอเค...
