Bonchon Siam Premium Outlet — Restaurant in Bang Sao Thong Subdistrict Administrative Organization

I have visited many of their outlets across Bangkok and by far this is the worst.

Service is extremely slow non-attentive. Wrong order, even after requesting our missed order it was never sent. Team member seemed very demoralized although the restaurant is packed with customers they are not paying attention at all.

I understand it is a renown outlet however I will skip this branch from now on.

Really poor service even after mentioning to the manager. No remorse. They will get the traffic anyways.
