"If you smart, please read all"
I have no doubt about all previous reviews, especially the vibe, the view, or anything else. Me and my family of 5 plus 2 kids had bad luck. Just a big family who wanted to have dinner on Sunday night, when tomorrow is also a public holiday.
My experience was even worse when my sister had to go and get "water" - yes, water ; only water took more than 45 minutes, as well as all dishes and cutlery herself, while there are customers around me—now 50+ persons. "Yes, I'm still in the restaurant writing this."
I just found out that there are only 3 service staff working on Sunday evening. Think about it—it's supposed to be a family's gathering day, and there are no managers nor senior staff to support them. I don't blame or complain about those three who do their best, but our family was just unlucky.
You as (management or owners), please come and have a look at the third floor, where all of your customers are looking for service staff to serve them. I wouldn't dare teach you how to run a business or service, though. If you know you have limited service staff, then limit the customers too.
Tell the staff at the first floor to tell the customers wait or politely deny them (I called earlier you do accept only walk-in) because you are drowning up there without anyone helping them (your team) and you're losing customers—and of course, one of them is my whole family.
Latest update: many customers are doing self-service—tissue, water, cutlery, etc. All the food is really great as the reviews say, and yes, we were just unlucky and will never, ever...
Read moreI’m incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed to how I was treated today at the restaurant. I have booked a side view table a week prior to arrival and was confirmed by the lady on the phone that my seats were reserved. I called on the day to make sure it was ready since it was for a birthday. I arrived at the restaurant ahead of time and was presented to a seat in the middle where others who weren’t reserved were assigned seats on the side. I was confused why I was assigned the middle spot so I asked the waiter if I could move since I saw other reserved open spots, possibly they made a mistake but turns out they couldn’t give me a reason why I didn’t deserve a side table even though it was free. I even asked to move to a table that was free , maybe I could change to a 4 seater so both of us can see the view but I was refused again. I understand if the restaurant wanted to reserve space for 4 people but at the time, there were barely any customers so the reasonings did not make sense to me.
Seeing its reviews and restaurant rating and price, I expect greater service and treatment. This waste my time and energy so much when I could have booked...
Read moreLove the place, unfortunately it was rainy, didn't get to experience the rooftop. The smell of the pesto was making me hungry when it arrived. The salmon is so good.
The pizza is good even though the crust is so thick. I hope they have thin crust option because we prefer thin crust more.
It was just unfortunate that most of the drinks I ordered were not available. If I may suggest, please manage all the stocks of the ingredients more efficiently. It's not good for a food business to have a menu that is not available, given that it wasn't peak time when we dined in. Anyway, I just chose matcha which is available.
The banoffee is heaven!!! I love the base of the banoffee. It's like moist or real chocolate. Great dessert!
Will I come back? I would love to! I'd love to experience the rooftop view. And I hope I could try the unavailable...
