Misawa Ramen — Restaurant in Bukkhalo Subdistrict

We would like to try a different Ramen in this mall, this is the 3rd Ramen Restaurant we tried in this mall and It's better than the others. We ordered the Misawa Tonkotsu Ramen and Misawa Ebi Wonton & Chashu Ramen, we loved the broth, it's not too oily and not creamy but flavorful, the noodles was firm but chewy not overcooked. The meat was tender and flavorful. The portion is not too big but enough for me. We also ordered their Gyoza and Matcha Ice cream. Their gyoza is not too stuffed but I like the texture and taste. The Matcha Ice cream was very good, the best of all the Matcha ice cream I already tried. It's really a good quality Matcha ice cream.

The staffs are all polite and accommodating. Even if they have a hard time understanding english, they tried their best to communicate properly in a respectful manner. The place is clean, though not that big. The pastry shop beside them is from the same Company that operates them according to the staff. So we also bought some pastry.

This is located inside the Mall lifestore, Tha Phra and they have many parking slots. Their price is reasonable enough for me. We will definitely go...

I opted for two dishes.

1. This ramen has a lot of flavor, thanks to the Misawa Premium Tonkotsu Shoyu. Noodles in this ramen dish are a little smaller than is typical for Japanese noodle dishes. The tenderness of the pork makes it a delight to eat. As a whole, this dish is quite good.
2. Shoyu sauce and a soft-boiled egg top this Misawa Wagyu Don-Wagyu dish. The meat is tender, however it does have a slight sticky consistency. Rice and eggs with the sauces make for a flavorful meal.

I recently visited Misawa Ramen, and I was thoroughly impressed. The ramen was absolutely delicious, with rich and flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings.
