MARS CAFE’ — Restaurant in Buri Ram Province

I’ve been to this place twice and neither time did i actually receive the coffee I ordered. First time was a couple of years ago. I dropped by mid-morning for a cappuccino. I placed the order and was directed to sit in the little aircon room at the front. I never again saw another human being so gave up on the coffee and left.

Same thing today. I walked in after noon and was greeted at the entrance by someone who asked if I wanted food or just a beverage. I ordered a hot cappuccino and sat down in the big main room. I never saw the greeter again. The only other person around was a woman cleaning the restrooms. After 20 minutes I gave up and left.

I won’t bother going back. Sad because it seems like a really nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee. Too bad they don’t actually...
