Pizza Italy — Restaurant in Buri Ram Province

What happened at Pizza Italy? There must be an explanation for such a change. The first visit was simply perfect, both in terms of the food and the service, with a truly Italian owner who came to greet you. The last time it was very good and the staff were friendly, but the owner kept to himself. After that, it's easy to be in a bad mood. Today we ordered a pizza and truffle ravioli, and it was once again perfect, as was the service. However, when it came time to pay the bill, the price of a glass of wine had gone from 140 to 169 baht. It's nothing to argue about, but I kindly pointed it out to the waitress, who politely left to change the amount. When the owner's wife arrived, saying, without a greeting, without a smile, "We've changed the prices," to which I was about to reply that it wasn't a big deal, but... and she had already left, looking exasperated, without a word, without a smile, without a goodbye, and even less sorry. The owner, who had charmed us with his kindness and hospitality, stayed in the grocery section; it was truly sad... We paid a little less than 800 THB. We left a tip, and we had planned to buy wine in the grocery section, which we didn't do. We left without a word, neither thank you nor goodbye; it was disappointing. It's often like this; your first visit isn't a given, because the next times are sometimes better, sometimes worse. The pizzas and pastas are always delicious, however the welcome and the moment after the bill are really disappointing. I hope it was just a bad day...

Wow!! Finally an authentic Italian pizza ! I've been travelling around Thailand in the last month to arrive to Buri Ram to find this awesome pizza restaurant! Excellent service and the food...well.. just like in Italy🫶 I couldn't be happier to stopped for dinner that night!! In my second visit before leaving this Town I also tried the Calzone.. 💯!!! Great people,authentic products + delicious food! Thanks alot for your service! The pizza here is real amazing and would recommend trying...

Pizza vso goid and so beautifull. Sure the best in burururiram place little small but nice and clean and very good for relax . Chef and wife and staff very friendly. And have bif tb for look sport or big event. What you want more ? So i suggest people go in this place when come in buriram or can take away or can order for drliver home with Grab and if you not far can...
