สวนอาหารบ้านใหญ่ — Restaurant in Chachoengsao Province

On route to Poi Pet Border and by chance stumbled upon this restaurant in Google Maps. Although, not necessarily a vegetarian restaurant, they are more than willing to alter traditional Thai dishes to adhere to a vegans wishes. They will even replace fish sauce with soy sauce; however, beware the replacement soy sauce is EXTREMELY salty.

Most dishes range from 80 - 100 thb and already arrived jammed packed with loads of yummy, but extremely spice flavor. Wait staff spoke a descent amount of english to assist your dietary requirements; as the entire menu is only written in Thai.

TomYum, flavorful, but missing tomatoes and has more of a clear base, because of this. Pad Kapow, may not have but three components, but still very good and worth enduldging.

While visiting, you may notice large groups sitting for lunch or dinner, as i imagine this place is a local favorite gather point to share some meals & conversation. Ambience outside with two ponds full of fish hoovering around your table awaiting table scrapes. Yes, they will even eat your leftover chillis, as they give plenty in your dish...

เป็นร้านดั้งเดิมเปิดมานานมากๆ อาหารรสชาติอร่อยไม่เปลี่ยน 🐽 หมูย่างอบน้ำผึ้ง เป็นเมนูที่ต้องสั่งเกือบทุกรอบ เด็กๆ รวมถึงผู้ใหญ่ชอบมาก หมูเนื้อนุ่มทานเปล่าๆ หรือ จะจิ้มน้ำจิ้มซอสดำ ก็อร่อย 🐔 ไก่ผัดเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์​ ทานมาหลายๆ ร้าน ก็ยังให้ของบ้านใหญ่เป็นร้านในดวงใจ ไก่ผัดมาแบบแห้งๆกรอบๆ มีความหวานและความมันของเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์​ จะทานเล่นๆ หรือ ทานกับข้าวก็อร่อย 🐟 ปลาช่อนผัดคึ่นช่าย เมนูโปรดของที่บ้าน แต่เนื้อปลาช่อนทอดแอบมีก้างเยอะไปนิด เวลาทานต้องค่อนข้างระวังเรื่องก้างติดคอ 😅 👍 โดยรวมอาหารรสชาติดี 🚗 สถานที่มีที่จอดรถ 🪰 ที่นั่งค่อนข้างธรรมชาติ ถ้ามาตอนค่ำๆ ยุงจะชุมมากๆ...

อร่อยทุกอย่างค่ะ ร้านนี้ มากินหลายครั้งแล้ว มาฉะเชิงเทรา หรือ ผ่านทีไร ก็จะมาแวะร้านนี้

ปลากะพงทอดน้ำปลา ยำมะม่วง อร่อย ทอดมากรอบมาก กินแทบไม่เหลือก้างเลย อร่อยจริง

กุ้งทอดกระเทียม เมนูโคตรเด็ด มาทีไร ต้องสั่งเมนูนี้ รอบนี้มา (หลังโควิดพอดี) เค้าหากุ้งใหญ่ไม่ได้ เลยตัวเล็กหน่อย แต่รสชาติยังยืนหนึ่งเหมือนเดิม พี่ชายนี้ราดน้ำมันใส่ข้าวเลยทีเดียว

ปลาหมึกแดดเดียว เพิ่งค้นพบครั้งนี้ โคตรดี อร่อยมาก กรอบบบบ ตอนแรกสั่งมา 1 จาน ไปไวมากกกก เลยต้องเบิ้ล

กุ้ง หมึก ชุบแป้งทอด เป็นอีกฟีล อร่อยเหมือนกัน

แกงเลียงอร่อย ให้ผักเยอะ รสชาติอ่อนๆ...
