Huagu Dim Sum Cantonese Cuisine — Restaurant in Chalong

I came with my husband, so we could not order too many dim sum items. We did not try any dishes. But what stood out for me was

1. the salted egg yolk lava bun... runny and perfect! Delicious!! (I hate old dried out ones)
2. the har gow (shrimp dumpling)...on the small side but perfect texture and taste. The skin was excellent, no thick spots! That's difficult to find. Pricing is good, most dim sum 22-60 baht I think. No AC but lots of fans and the open ventilation is nice and it was cool today. Interesting layout. To be fair to this lovely place! The food is fabulous! Freshly made great ingredients couldn't have asked for more. At the point I would have become a regular. But I haven’t gotten a good service on that day. The waiter ignored me three times. when I confronted him, He said he didn’t hear. Chef only bring special treat (sweet ) only for one guest when we were numbers and never greet us but the one he knows (how rude)! After all I’ve heard about there services is top of the moon, but it wasn’t on my day! If the service and manners are better and treating all the guest on the table equally! Too bad I have to give at least 1 star. They deserved a negative star rating. This restaurant is currently only interested in doing tour group business. Placed our orders at 1830. Read bean bun, custard pao, fried spring roll (dim sum), fish maw, fried long bean, bbq pork. The dim sum came at 1910. Does it take 40 mins to heat up the Pao? I cancelled the orders at 1945 when only the dim sum has arrived. The tour group that came at 1930 got their food as they arrived so they must have been preparing their food and ignored those walk in customers. There were only 3 tables of walk...
