Who would have thought of placing a chicken escalope between huge thick slices of aubergine? These guys, that's who. Arbusto has a tremendously creative, talented chef cooking with ingredients you can't find elsewhere in the village. The staff are friendly and the setting is beautiful. The venue is rarely busy, which I consider a plus, as you can enjoy the garden in peace.

Really good calamari and salmon carpaccio and more. Creative in using Thai ingredients. A sparkling jewel of Chiang Mai. Thank...
