We were a large group that reserved well in advance on a Wednesday night. When we arrived, we ordered as there was a large number in our party.
There was also a large reserved table alongside ours. When we arrived, my husband asked me where I wanted to sit, at that point, we were the only people there at 5:50pm along with 3 other people from our party. There was nobody at the other table.
We ordered at 6 pm and received our food at 7:40. This seemed extreme to us, but the biggest issue was the table alongside us was receiving their orders before we got ours.
I guess we were lucky, as the 5 of us from our party that arrived and ordered early, got our meals a little more than an hour and a half after the order was placed, but my issue is that the kitchen took precedence and served the other table of 12-14 people before us even though our orders were in first.
We were not offered anything in terms of apology. Some people from our table went looking for a 7ELEVEN to buy some snacks because by 7:30+, we all should have been served our food.
There was very poor kitchen management. My husband went to check on our order, and the server girl asked him what we ordered. To me, that's terrible management and very poor customer service.
The food was fine. Nothing special. I give this restaurant 2 stars due to the atmosphere which was created by our group anyway.
We hope the next people have a better experience here.

She asked me to try her peppersteak because she thought there was something not OK with it. I tried and it tasted really really bad. She tried kindly to get it changed but the owner's wife who cooked came and talked badly to her. After she didn't receive any service and they wanted us to pay the peppersteak in full. After some discussion they reduced it to half. The reaction to a customer's complaint should be very different. This was unacceptable. If the restaurant does not want customers they can do it like this. But now they lost two. The food in general is only a little over average but the peppersteak and the cook's reaction left...
Read moreHow do i start. We where one of the first couples to be seated. We placed our order for drinks and food. 50 minutes later i asked where our drinks where. Answer..."Sorry we forgot". Food started coming out but went to another table to people that turned up Well after us. And yes it was the same food we ordered. I went to the Kitchen to ask where our order was and was asked " Is this your order ". Very poor customer service. 1 hr. and 50 minutes after placing the order it turned up. People at our table cheered every time someone got their food. Some of our party didn't get there food and ended up going somewhere...
